Shapeshifting Tray (PB/WS)

This has been bugging me for a long while now.

I think it would be nice if Peacebringers and Warshards automaticaly changed to a special tray when switching to Nova or Dwarf form, since we can only use specific powers in thoes forms, then why not make an auto tray that it changes to when we go into them, so we can place thoes powers there, so they dont mess up our powers we can use while not in a nova or dwarf form.

Basicaly: A tray that is automaticaly switched to when going into Nova or Dwarf form.

You can effectively do this already with binds - see here, for example.

I acturly have my binds set kinda like that, but it would still be nice if we just had to use 1 button to go into and out of the form

Erm insanitor, See the tray at the bottom (increases to 3 if you press 'ALT')...
Above them is a line with 'powers' 'inspirations' 'enhancements' etc. look along that line and try clicking on the '+'.

Most use this macro (or a bind version)

/macro nova "powerexecname light nova$$gototray 6"

Assuming a Peacebringer with his/her nova powers in tray 6.

I would like to see a real game option doing that instead of messing around with homecooked binds. Which happen to go wrong all the time. Or I forgot where I stored them etc.

So for my part signed a lot.

I use macros too but /signed as this would be easier and make more sense.

I also have binds set to change trays automatically when I shift form, though sometimes lag conspires to make the bind fail or I get mezzed out of form and have to do a double-switch to get back in synch.

So I'd like to see the OP's suggestion happen because of that, but also because I think one of the main reasons Kheldians are not that popular is because the majority of the playerbase don't know about, or bother with, keybinds and so find Kheldians fiddly to play because of this issue.

I know I couldn't play my Kheldian at all - not as easily, anyway - if it wasn't for the form-switching keybinds I wrote for it (I use the two buttons on the side of my mouse to switch to/from nova & dwarf and to switch in the hotkey tray for the form I'm going to).

I don't want my tray to switch. Guess i can write a 'suggestion' after such a change takes place anyway.

there are lots of guides already about Macros, which will help with shapeshifting issues. And don't use 'macros aren't helpful to new players' as a retort - 'new players' shouldn't be playing Khelds, and they're meant to be difficult in the beginning

They had this in WoW for Feral Druids and it was rather comfortable.

And for Warriors when they change stance.

I haven't tried keybinds, for some reason I find them scary! ;-) So for me this would be ideal

I don't use keybinds anymore after the incident with that dismiss bind of my MM, I kept accidentally hitting it in the middle of a fight. I use macroes aswell but I still think that this would be helpfull. Also, Insanator, there are extra trays now that are customized by pressing the '+' somewhere on the trays.

Yeah it worked really well in WoW for my druid, warrior and rogue (separate bar for stealth powers) - I think it would be a good addition to WS/PB here, especially for those don't know about keybinds or are somewhat unsure about them.
