Hello.
I've been thinking that it might be time to change the Inherent powers of the Defender, Tanker, Peacebringer and Warshade... Why?
Because they're currently the only 4 archetypes in the game, wich have an Inherent power wich only works in teams.
So i think it would be time to change some of thoes Inherent powers, so they could acturly be helpful while running solo.
I'm not quite sure what they should be changed into but i have some suggestions:
Tanker: Impervious, works kinda like fury, but this just increases your Def and Res.
Defender: Same as always, but just instead of having the discount depend on your teammates, just make it a permanent discount.
PB and WS: No idea.

I play a Peacebringer and i love it, but i'm also getting very annoyed over the fact that most of the abilities force you to play a Human form.
I personaly love the Nova, and think it's cool to have a hero wich can shapeshift into unique forms.
But it can really be a bother to having to switch out of forms in the middle of combat to activate things like Hasten or Build up.
So my suggestion is to do a little Take N' Give on the khelds... I'm not quite sure what to take to make it balanced. But here is the idea i had in mind:
The Nova form currently gives +45% damage, wich i understand is a good reason to now allowing it to use Build up and Hasten, as it's damage output would skyrocket.
But how about lowering the Nova forms passive damage bonus to maybe 25-30%, to enable us to use hasten in form.
Also the lack of survivability you have in your nova form, for that problem i been thinking about maybe allowing a Shapeshiftet Kheld to activate 1, and only 1 shield at a time, while in a Form. This way playing a Kheld becomes a little more tactical, but none the less fun i would believe.
I hope you guys will like this suggestion.
And please don't flame me for making a suggestion to enable pool powers for khelds.
The way i look at it, thoes of us who wanna play a Shapeshifter Kheld, get to level 16 and then we could pretty much stop gaining powers. Cause none of the powers we get after that point have any effect on the Shapeshifting forms.
Some times it even feels like they just added the Shapeshifting forms to be a cool effect, but never really ment for them to be any good late game. -

I read your replies, and come up with some changes
Since alot of you are concerned about people teaming less if they can just do a "singleplayer" group.
But we can just add a few downsides to the support heroes.
1. They "leech" Exp, meaning having them gives you less. (This was always the idea, but now we have it on the list)
2. Less mob spawns, for every 3 support hero, there will spawn the same as if 2 player was in the group. (Giving you a 3 man spawn with a group of 4 to 6, or 5 man spawn with a group of 7 or 8.(These numbers are with you included in group)) This way, you can do missions alone, but the exp will not be as good as if you found a real group.

Edit: About the suggestion of a Sidekick. Maybe it could be implanted, by some mission.
The sidekick will be stronger then other support heroes, BUT!... He will also take up 2 Team slots ?
This way, you would still be able to make a 5 spawn group, but only have 7 minions instead of 8. -
I've been wondering, one of the most commen problems in CoH/CoV while leveling, is finding a group...
So, why dont City of Heroes ger a simulare system as the Mercenaries in Guild Wars.
It's all NCPlay right, so cant they just use it, without getting sewed ? :P
Also take some of the Guild Wars hairstyles XD -
This is not a suggestion to merge them, i just wanted to know why so many people are against it...
City of heroes is FAR from one of the most played MMORPGs i would guess... and i personaly think it would be good to merge to two servers to get a larger ammount of people together...
But now, i wanna hear peoples reason for not merging the servers, what would be good/bad about it ? -

In addition, maybe also add "Transparacy" to capes.
So we can have a slighly see though cape, with a circuits boards -

Suggestion is that when you earn a badge, you're able to add it as a Chest Detail, when creating a costume, so that if you have one badge you're very fond of, you can have it on your uniform/Costume -

Oh you cant see the Epicness of walking...
Seeing your enemy laying wounded, instead of running over finishing him off, you slowly walk over, taunting him that he cant escape, and the finishes him off.
Or your facing a big threat, instead of charghing it, you're slowly walking towards it, showing your not affaid, that it's time is slowly approaching...

I would REALLY like to see the Zombie Event removed from zones that has another zone event.
I have just droned the 3 paladins to get the construction event started, then the zombie event starts, so all the clock workers who have to build the new ones, disappear cause of the zombie event.
So basicly, i would like to see for the future, that events that remove normal mobs, dont effect zones that already have a zone event. -
But walking is AWESOME! ^^
ok, the big ones will walk a little slower, and small onces a little faster... so what ? -
With the upcoming Issue 13, with our offline jobs and all, i got 2 suggestion i think i would add
1. Offline mode, when you got a job, you are able to have a special costume associated with the jobs you got.
For Example, if you have Doctor, you are able to wear a special costume wearing a doctor coat, and stuff. The costume are very premade, but you are able to change things like Hair and Face, but not able to put on special things like the Reaper mask or something.
A few options for cloth you can put on will be avaliable, like simple glass like Daddy-O, so you can make your hero look alot like a normal doctor, but still with a few marks it's you.
Then you are able to enter Offline mode, in this mode you're moving around like a normal citizen, your friends and SG cant see you online, you cant use powers and you get to choose a "Real Name" wich you will be displayed as like... Amanda.
Maybe make a list of names we can choose, so we dont have citizens walking around named "Super Citizen" Kinda like choosing a title, you get to choose 1 first name and 1 last name. Maybe also a middle name shown as A. S. B.
So you might get a character called Henry S. Finkelstein...

I don't think it would be hard to add, since i know the models already have a Walking animation.

This is kinda a little wicked idea, that would be pretty much for show, but i think people might like it.
It's a suggestion for making an "Epic Match" with that i mean, 2 players in PVP who have the same Offensive powerset, will get into an "Epic Match" if they use the same powers on each other at the same time.
Like, if 2 Radiant Blast users uses Neutron Blast on each other at the same time, they will enter an epic match and have a "beam struggle" or if 2 Martial Arts uses gets in a fight, they will have a 1 on 1 duel.
While an Epic Match is on, other players cannot attack the players Matching
The epic battle is decided by pressing the right buttons fastest.
For example, a little bar will appears, where there are 3 bars towards each end, and a little ball is at the middle.
Then it might say "press 1" then the player who presses 1 fastest will get the ball slightly to his side, then next time i might be "Press 5" and the other player get it fastest, then the ball is moved back to the middle.
This will then keep up till one of them reaches his end, and gets to land the "finishing Blow"
The longer an Epic Match lasts, the higher is the damage output, but an epic match can only last a sudden ammount of time, like... 20sec, with a new key to press every 2sec.
If none of the players have reached there end by the end of the 20 sec, the 2 characters match will end.
If they are Ranged, nothing will happen, if they are Melee, they will be pushed apart from each other about 10 feet each.
I sadly know this suggestion would require ALOT of animation and work, and i kinda doubt it would ever be implanted, but i still think that i would post it, incase someone had an idea simular and might make a better one

If you check the Lore, thoes Quantum Guns they have, are some the villain groups have bought from the Council.
Since the council is so much into the whole Nictus thing, they have inventede the Quantum Guns, and then they hire there "Void Hunters" out to villain groups, but if the villain group dont want a Council guy hanging around there operation, then they just buy a Quantum Gun. -
Since the game has added Ad's for real company's to add, why not add a system, where a Supergroup leader can go near a special set sign and buy it for a little prestige per day.
So they can make an Ad for there supergroup -
Firepack on back, and wires going down to Arms

I meant actual spiders... and my first post had an error, i could not fix... i dident mean the Crab Spiders ment arachnobots Skeleton to make spiders off... -
This idea, comes from the post with the idea for a "Snakecharmer" since, we cant use villain groups as mastermind pets, i thought, why not use Spiders instead... we already got kinda a skeleton for them, from the Arachnobots
Tier 1: Poison Spit, Minor damage, Very Fast Recharge, Toxic DoT
Tier 2: Summon Tarantulas, Basic melee attacks like biting, and later learning to spit when upgraded.
Tier 3: Toxic Spit, Moderate damage, Fast Recharge, Toxic DoT
Tier 4: Basic Instincts, the first upgrading power for spiders.
Tier 5: Toxic Spray, Moderate damage, slow recharge, Toxic DoT, Cone
Tier 6: Summon Weavers, a support type unit, uses basic melee attacks and shoot Bolts of web to immobolize the enemy and spit poison bolts.
Tier 7: Call the Swarm, summons 10 little spiders that attacks any enemy nearby, dealing minor toxic/lethal Damage.
Tier 8: Summon Queen Recluse, the ultimate spider, its very big, attacks with biting and poison spitting, and later learns to call smaller spiders to aid it.
Tier 9: Survival Instincts. Second upgrade for the Spiders.
Now a little information about the pets.
