Hanging up my cape
Bye
Phooey, I'm not saying bye to this. It's a temporary leave. A hiccup. A bit of a holiday.
You'll be back once we've got Labour hanging from gibbets.
Chairman of the Charity of Pain; accepting donations of blood and guts.
Prophet of the Creamy Truth; "If it's empty, fill it with cream."
This is very unfortunate FrIce, seems like you wont be the only one that may have to resort to this soon, can see many others going the same way.
Hope to see you back on soonish buddy.
See you again, even we've never met i can hear you. I was about to leave the game for very same reason. Economical storm is silent for me for now but soon i will force to leave the game too.
Also i know from myself you will be back at first opportunity. Look at the brightside, there will be many things to try when you come back.
Take care. I hope life will show you its smiling face soon.
Highest Regards,
Knightly.
Helps FrIce with his bags and gives him a hug at the station
It's always sad to see one of our own leave but I hope you get your affairs in order. Farewell, FrIce. /e bow
No!!!
Frice!!
Take care mate. Hope everything goes right and well for ya.
See you soon.
Yarrr

Can I have your stuff?
@FloatingFatMan
Do not go gentle into that good night.
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.
Cheerio FrIce, I enjoyed teaming with you over the weeks on Defiant Villains (on Thursday nights). Look after yourself, and hurry back when you can. Food is important, so sadly a sensible choice.

Poor Man
Good luck with it all Frice.
He will honor his words; he will definitely carry out his actions. What he promises he will fulfill. He does not care about his bodily self, putting his life and death aside to come forward for another's troubled besiegement. He does not boast about his ability, or shamelessly extol his own virtues. - Sima Qian.

I can tell you now that they don't wash or iron any donations, they just run a steamer over them.
I've worked in many a charity shop.

Only pansies need food.
Besides you could call it the Hero's Diet.

^ This.
Anything the steamer doesn't clean gets chucked and/or sent to another charity shop, to become their problem. And some of the items received are never, ever going to get clean. *shudder*
Thank you all for the replies. This is somehting I had to think long and hard about over the last few weeks - weighing up all the options. Unfortunatly they all arrived at having to cancel subs for the forseable future.
I shall return at some point - there's only so long I can go without the spandex until I go mad with frustration ........ ermmmmm

Dr Toerag - Same, although it seems that villain will take a lot longer than we thought to level now
DemonicJudgement - yup two ... one African and one UK
So, until 3rd July comes round you'll find me on my various lowbies leveling them up as high as I can. Don't want any of them to get deleted during my absence. I you catch me about on one of these then fell free to PL as much as possible
Cheers again everyone - I expect you all to keep those streets safe.

Why would people donate a bag full of muddy, stinking, dirty trainers that are falling apart to a charity shop instead of chucking them?
Blows my mind.

[/ QUOTE ]Because they think that kind of "recycling" is better than just throwing them to trash. While it's technically true, the end result is usually the same.

Well then they're stupid. Charity shops sell clothes, who is going to buy trainers that are falling apart?
If they want to recycle them then they should look for somewhere which does it, not make someone open up a bag of smelly, [censored] encrusted shoes.
Oh and, bye FrIce, hope things get better for you (and the rest of us) soon.

Turns to look back at City Hall one last time before picking up suitcase and heading towards the station.
Well it has been on my mind for some time and now it looks as if Im finally going to have to do it. After nearly 39 months of saving the City (and the World) FrIce is going to have to leave the streets for a while.
Because of the current economic climate Im finding it increasingly more difficult to live a normal life, keep a roof over my head and continue with my subs. So, for the foreseeable future, Im going to have to cancel my CoX subs so that I can at least eat.
What this means is my account will run until 3rd July then that will be the last time FrIce (or any one of my many, many ALTs) will be seen on the streets for a considerable period. One day I shall return, but until then;
