Regular Ice & Storm Theme Team
As a reminder, the meeting place for this week is the university courtyard in Croatoa.
Croatoa can only be accessed by the green line train stations. The university is marked on the map, directly east from the station at the opposite end of Salamanca town.
See you at 7!
Ok echo dude, after a couple of weeks away due to my stupid job i will be there in croatoa 2nite.
Cap Snow Speed is lvl 24 and as i understand you guys are mostly 27/28??
I'll be there as well guys, late as usual i would imagine, about 7.30, i'll give a shout on Cold Front when i'm on.

I think the spread is 26-29, with most people in the 27/28 region. I think I'm the only 29 atm, but I could be wrong.

I've lagged behind a bit unfortunately, with nieces performing in amateur dramatics and things so only level 21 now. Shall maybe have to call it a day and just play this character as one of my standard non thematic alts. It's been fun but when there's separate teams and different real life responsibilities cropping up for people it's hard to keep at the same level.
Those who feel they may be falling behind the curve, before you decide to hang up your hurricanes I'd like to draw your attention to _Noir_'s generous offer of a weekend catch-up session (see the previous forum page for more info).
If you manage to play twice a week, it shouldn't take long to catch up to us one-timers!
This sort of thing happens all the time on theme teams, since real life is always there to interfere. If you want to catch up then I have nothing against you teaming with any old PuG to do so. Don't feel like you have to only play with guys from the theme team.
Well I wouldn't be deleting the character and I enjoy playing it, just the only way for me to play this evening is being sidekicked but as a tanker my defense will suck and wouldn't be much use, and probably faceplant more times than a blaster.
Progress.
My team (I think) all got to 30, barring Majikman, who hit 20.
Gordon Bower and Skipper Legrange done and dusted. IP Safeguard temp power and badge got. Rune of warding for utterly destroying mobs stood on stacked Freezing Rain/Sleet - Check.
Not a bad night.
Aerial's sat at 30.93(ish)
This coming Sunday, it's the tedium of Citadel. Lots of Council. Lots of council.... <sigh> but it needs doing for the TF Commander accolade.
Ah well.
A good night, tonight.
And apologies to anyone on my team for whom Abyssal and I somewhat spoilered the 'Stop 30' mission in Skipper's arc. But we've done it a couple of times before
Gnight all.

Yea it was an awesome night.
I was in Ms Styx's 6 man team, 3 defs 2 trollers and a blaster in a pear tree!!
We all called it a night just before Skippers 'Stop 30 Fir exiting through door' it was about 10 GMT
I got from 26 to 28 with WinteRose and got the rod and rune and a badge, well fun.
We could of taken lvl 30's, the team was an awesome mix
It was an excellent night for progress.
First 2 Croatoa arcs done and I've never seen the 30 fir bolg mission done so well, military precision all the way
Even had an Eochai bash in between, just need that pesky Jack in Irons now, though he barely stands a chance either.
Whats the plans for next week? Start on Kelly Nemers or finish of Hansen in Striga?
Last night was decent fun, we nearly got to the end of Skipper's arc and by the end of the night we were mainly lvl 27-29.5 (excepting those of us who have been absent in recent weeks).
Next week, I'm open to either Striga or more Croatoa. Striga might be best just to finish things off there.
I would also suggest completing Striga, and doing the IP safeguard for the people who weren't on Li's (Aerial Deceivers) team; I've already queued the mission just to speed things along. From there we could easily segue back into Croatoa and complete those arcs.
Furthermore, if anyone would like to do the TFs but hasn't been able to make the Sunday teams being run by Li, I am willing to run another event during the week or on a Saturday. At least one other person has expressed an interest, and 1 or 2 more would be willing to join (and fill spots), even though they've already done them.
Thnaks for having me i had fun on my first theme teamage.
Learned alot about using storm and will def try to get in another monday.
You're most welcome, Phantasmagog.

I was that at least one, though Saturday I'm working til 5, so it'd have to be an evening job..though that is still dependant on my viewing of The Dark Knight today, tomorrow or after work Sat.
@Drakmarth & @Drakmarth2
Well, speaking of TF's, here's a reminder for those inclined toward the Sunday evening TF's that this week it's Citadel.
As per usual, 7pmish start.

Can't; a friend's come up from South Africa, and we're doing like social stuff - I hear it's all the rage. Apparently, you actually see people face-to-face.

Social Stuff? I have that MMO, I'm a Level 23 IT Suffragette with a Graphic Design sub-class. I keep getting stuck fighting the HR Manager, can anyone join my Department to take her down and get a 6.5% wage increase and Dental Plan?
@Drakmarth & @Drakmarth2
Hah! Good one Drak!

... Classic ...
TF was excellent, me on the other hunt was like ghost...
A previous TF left me totally exhausted.
I am looking forward for Monday's regular team and next Sunday's TF.
Sadly, I'll not be there this time. I'm off to see my kids sing in a concert at the Symphony Hall in Birmingham.
