Help with lightening the end eating of my brute
Holy hell. I think you managed to pick one of the end-hungriest (if not THE end-hungriest) powerset combo possible on a Brute.
6slotting Stam might actually be a good idea here. Get as much +recovery from IO set bonuses as possible, too. And team with anyone that can give endurance (Rad, Kin Corruptors, etc.)
Brutes use a lot of endurance, that's a fact.
3 slotting Stamina with IO's gives you 49.8% end recovery.
6 slotting Stamina with IO's gives you 54.5% end recovery.
So that's a 5% increase on 3 slots, better use the 3 slots on end reduction other powers.
On issue 12 Heroes get DA too, so hopefully there will be enough complaints on the heavy end-usage.
So they have to reduce it.
stone/ is eating ur eat mt8.
so u know. dont think dark is ur killer there.
I think there is only one solution: Befriend a /kin. Now.
If it has eyes, you can blind it, if it has blood, you can make it bleed, if it has a mouth, you can make it scream.

I rolled a Stone/Dark (even with the warnings of its end eating) and it's lvl 8 and end heavy as hell! Any slotting advise to spare me of the end crash's? Personly I was thinking if 6slotting Stam
[/ QUOTE ]
6-slotting stamina is just useless.
I would say :
- 3 slots on stamina
- at least 50-60% of end reduction on each attack
- at least 40% on each armor or aggro aura
- don't let cloak of fear, cloak of darkness, death shroud and oppressive gloom be permanently active during a fight (cloak of fear and death shroud are the worse)
Wasn't thinking of Death Shroud and I was gonna slot end reducts but not sure which set was the end eater
oh my god i feel sorry for you.

Start again loose that end eating monster is all i can say
But I WANT those two sets xD
Right primary always uses more end than secondary.
DA has Clock Of Fear, you dont have to. Infact I'd say avoid it.
Ob Gloom, can work with fault and mostly uses health not end, it can stay.
I'd slot attacks 1 acc, 2 dam, 2 end, 1 rech. Really running out of end will stop you building fury, and fury is most of your damage.
Shields stick 1 end red in.
Ob Gloom stick 1 end red in
Death Shroud stick 2 end reds in
Make sure Dark Regen has at least 2 end reds
Use a KB protection IO in CJ, do not run Cloak of Darkness or Acrobatics
If you take tough, then tough can take 2 end reds
The key will be smart slotting. Of course if set slotting then use those that deal with end better. For example your PBAoEs and Cones should have Multistrikes in
"Well, they found my diary today.
They were appropriately appalled
at the discovery of the eight victims
They're now putting it all together.
Women wrapped in silk
with one leg missing
Eight legs, one body, silk,
spider, brilliant!"
Okies tyvm
Oppressive Gloom is 0.08 eps. I'd just acc it.
He will honor his words; he will definitely carry out his actions. What he promises he will fulfill. He does not care about his bodily self, putting his life and death aside to come forward for another's troubled besiegement. He does not boast about his ability, or shamelessly extol his own virtues. - Sima Qian.
Seeing as i was tehre to warn you i might as well try and help you too ^^
This is something i would consider going for on a build like that, but the build is never everything, there's just as much tactics to keeping End up..

as for some other pointers, only use the toggles you need for the time being..
attack wisely (let there be a tick or two between smashes)..
build your fury, smashing off Seismic with no fury (example) will snag a bunch of End for little damage compared to having full fury (wich will often oneshot up to +2 +3 enemies)
IO Sets is you're friend on this one, so is kins and rads... i'd say stick with it if you have it in you, seen only a few before (few being 2 or 3) and they seemed to love theirs
@EU Brimmy - Union and Exalted servers
Ty for that Brimmy! Btw it's Vilg from the Dirties
Well play those sets then and make your brute an CAB-junkie :P
