How to kill a master mind wiith a blaster
Inferno king advice:
Dont use inferno unless you got low pings,dont stand still while using inferno,dont inferno fire brutes,dont use inferno when Max is in the zone

On a serious note there is a reason why the accuracy check is at the beginning of animation.Melee classes would be impossible to PvP due to high mobility in pvp combat.Although it still is really hard to melee people its not as bad.I still believe strongly melee classes should be given powers that close the distance between them and the targets or harpoon like powers.Would balance things a lot between melee and ranged classes. A "Rush" power to scrappers/tankers/brutes where they can super super super speed onto a target and knock them back or immobilise them (ignoring acrobatics and breakfrees) would be great.
the 'rush' power would be available for meleers?? Coz it seems u are forgeting Stalkers (lol @ stalkers with this power...)
And what bout spiners?? Would they need that one?? And also, since some doms has access to many melee powers, should they get them?? And blasters too?? OMG!!1!111!1!!.
Alright guys but remember it is maybe a bad idea to use Inferno on someone who's in Hibernate.

Control sets dont need any power like this even if they got melee secondaries.This is obvious.
Blasters dont need this as well considering they are ranged archetypes (yeah yeah i know blappers but you wont give to blasters such a power due to a combination of 2 powers)

I obviously left stalkers out because the way things are now they dont need this power. A stalker can control his target due to the inability of the target to see the stalker.First strike capability is way big advantage already.
For stalkers to get such a power stealth functionality for stalkers should change and also their base stats to change because to be honest lol to any stalker that will come close to me on blaster using this power.
Brutes/Scrappers/Tankers do need such powers tho added to their sets in my opinion for melee to balance out with ranged sets. I wouldnt say no to highest tier pets of MM's having such a power as well.

Well no.TP Foe is really bad designed for PvP.When you tp foe a mob the mob doesnt come to you with super speed super jump 3 slotted hurdle combat jumping and a stack of breakfrees.Also by now experienced PvPers know that there is a problem with tf foe.When you get tp foed and you are mobile its highly unlikely anything will land on you.And this goes for caltrops,mines etc etc.
This kind of powers should have an unresistable effect that immobilises you (notice not hold) or -all forms of travel powers for 5 seconds.

Seriously, adding anything else to tp foe would make it a bit overpowered (IMO)... There are many complaints actually of how it works, buffing it will make them even more common...

No no lol.I am not saying buff tp foe.I am just discussing the point DB made about tp foe being the kind of power i discuss which is not really.The type of power i describe would be exclusive to melee classes like it should be but MUST have unresistable - travel powers or immobilise due to the special travel power nature of this game.

You do get a free hit, which is usually enough for severe dmg dealers vs. squishies
Not that I have any personal experience of nuking MMs, but from what I've seen, any Blasters doing it decently don't run right towards the front of an MM flapping their arms . MMs are a bit of a monster when you lemming rush them . Seems to me the time to do it would be when the MM and pets are concentrating on something else, another team-mate etc, approach from a high angle and/or from a blind angle fast and ffs do it fluidly . Under those circumstances, given the sudden arrival and timing the activation, I've seen Blasters put it to use pretty well tbh even vs those MMs thinking they moved to safety. Also, given the very short range of team TP matching it up to Thunderous Blast, I'd personally not stand and wave hello where you can see me activating it . From above or blind angle, or when you're enaging another team-mate, and I don't think there's much possibility you can Team TP to complete cover TBH as doesn't it activate in line of sight only, ie not around blind corners or through buildings? Fired anywhere around 30 feet and a Team TPing MM is not really going to outrange TB is it (assuming likely set slotting on TB and max range slotting on Team TP)?

Isn't Team TP actually 2 second cast time?
TB I think is the longest cast time nuke at 3.7.
With others at an average of about 3, you would need to TP out within 1 second right? And that's not factoring in that the nuke makes all the hit rolls etc at the animation activation.
Wouldn't a Blaster descending from a high angle, which makes a mess of the COX camera, or from blind angles, account for an awful lot of that 1 second?

True, however you can ping off things like Tar Patch or Caltrops after the 'port before you get stuck.

And tp foe is interruptible. It means it's useless against all ats with debuffs locked on the opponent, like rads, tempests, and ices (in this case it's not locked debuffs, but the effects of the attacks which last a long time and interrupt tp foe), for instance. Just the most of ranged pvpers ^^
