Wouldn't there be some sort of reporting you can get off the City Vault for this when it happens?

You only want it for vills as 98% will be Smurf related, another 1% being yours and the remainder being everyone else

Good point I sent ghostrap a PM about it, he ask around. Would be a kinda waste of time if it soon is possible with the vault
For now i made a few basics, so i keep it a quick'n'dirty untill i get a reply on the vault. Should be up soonish

Not many the smurfs rule cov with a blue iron fist 
cause smurfs team with smurfs a lot hence they think they have the only 50's
Lots of high level villains solo cause it seems nearly impossible to get a decent team.

It should be pointed out that many a non smurf has been helped to 50 and teamed with them at high level's and low level's for that matter.......If there polite smurfs team with anyone, hell i have even teamed with Elf's

Hello evil fellow villains.
Aka, just a list with all 50's where you can sort and filter.
A long time ago i made a 'backup' lvl50 list for the heroes, rather quick and dirty coding (hey it works) and up to today it still is being used.
So i decided to give it a massive recoding, wich brought me to the idea.. would the Villains like to be on the list too?
It wont be state-of-the-art login/maintain yadiya stuff, just add your character, i accept them and they are on the list. As villains cant change their set, no option for that
