Hmm I have lived under the assumption that I did post here, oh well time I did. (o.o).

Lady Arete - An apperantly young sorceress of 25 years. She came on the hero scene after the first Rikti war and the call for heroes by Statesman. Since then she has aided heroes with her magical powers.
She has recently joined the NHU and acts as one of their magical experts. She knows many forms of magic; wards, teleportation, a little alchemy. For now her speciality is Fire Magic. She hates the Circle of Thorn with a passion and seeks every possibilty to twart them.

Cyrene - A club singer who hides her club identity in plain sight. In the club environment she is known as "The Siren". So far it has worked cause no one has guessed that "The Siren" and "Cyrene" are the same woman. Her voice is hauntingly beautiful and her shows are great for buisness.
[The chars: Cyrene, Ms Cyrene or Gun Cyrene are all the same chars. Just had to add to her abilities ]

Triple Kick - (Amber Roberts) One of 3 triplets, who recently has come to the City. They call themselves "Triple Trouble". Being mutants, Ambers gift is that she can mimic moves, battle stances and yes martial art styles. She gets her inspiration from Hong Kong movies. Now if only she could stop being afraid of her own shadow (that winks at her).

Other Heroes, less played:
Swordmaiden - French melee expert. She came from France to Paragon City, because she wanted more control over her own life and not being controlled by the government. [The CoX Comics portray Paragon City as giving more freedom for Heroes]
Dr Voodoo - A mage who often is found in the shadows. He is old and comes from Jamaica and speaks with such an accent. His magic are more enclined to the dark side.

Villains [Consort has a link to the Handbook]

Consort - A beautiful and manipulative woman. She will listen and she will talk and before you know it, you will have confided in her and told her things you would not tell anyone else or just a few. And she has not even begun using her mutant powers on you.

Sound Mistress - An alternate version of Cyrene.

Those are the rp chars, more have a chance to come. We will but see.

Type of RP: Im more of a casual. Although I prefer being in-char. (Hard when your a badge-wh... affordable friend aswell)

Stone-Fist: Created by an experiment from the CoT. They tried combining human souls with the elements, but failed miserably. Only Stone-Fist and a few others survived. Stone-Fist cannot remember anything from before the experiments. He is devoted to tracking down Baron Zorvia and discovering his mysterious past.

Tinderspark: Tinderspark's homeworld was a place of freezing days and even colder nights. Over time, his race developed a natural gift to project fire from their bodies. An unexected attack from the Rikti decimated most of Tinderspark's homeworld. Motivated by his hatred for the Rikti, Tinderspark travelled to Earth to make sure that every last one of the Rikti was wiped out.

Hell Claw: Genetic experiments by Aeon Corp on animals native to the Rogue Isles gave birth to Hell Claw.
But just because they created him doesn't mean he will show them any leniency when he overthrows Lord Recluse.

Global Name - This defaults to the name of the first character you created in City of... (you will have a token to change it, accessible through the Menu... somewhere) with @ in front of it. So, I'm @Shadowe

Can be contacted: Well, I'd guess by /tells in game, global /tells, through the forum and by in-game email - I suggest ensuring that your Chat Options (Menu > Options > General) allow /tells from both Hero and Villain factions.
