Heroes
Sister Saviour (Defender) - A nurse working in Atlas Park Hospital, was given a superhuman boost to her healing powers by a strange elderly Native American patient she cared for. She is a motherly type person and cannot resist a person in need.
Cosmoflare (Tanker) - Scientist studying the power of solar flares as a source of cheap power for the world. Badly burnt and had his arms destroyed when a machine exploded. Had a body armour suit and bionic arms built that harnessed solar energy. Aims to protect the poor and unfortunate.
Stone Cold Stunner (Defender) - A being from another dimension sent to Earth to "toy with the locals". She became fascinated by the human race and turned her back on her own kind. She is somewhat niave when it comes to human ways especially as her main source of enlightenment was Sports Entertainment and the film Romeo & Julliet. She can appear flirty and extrovert but does not fully understand what it means, othertimes she will appear shy and maybe a little bemused.
Newtons Apple (Controller) - A cheeky chap from the UK. Has powers over gravity and a degree in physics to aid that. Born with his powers possible due to the effects of the nearby cider brewery. He is very jolly and funny but uses this to cover up insecurities about his small size.
Metallus Mattius (Tanker) - An ex athlete/power lifter. He was conned by a corrupt doctor into an experiment (he believed it was genuine research to help the sick). His DNA was mixed with metal and mineral compounds and rewrote itself, he is now living metal. Mattius is ashamed of how he looks now so tends to operate more from the shadows.
Zukii Pureheart (Scrapper) - A holy knight (paladin) from a far forgotten realm, she was transported to present day Paragon City by magic during a battle with the Sorcerer Azzurro. She fits in well with the Hero code as such but has a fear of technology. She is terrified of the Clockworks. Zukii is a defender of the common person, the lower classes etc.
Villains
Banes Bansidhe (Corrupter) - A former Opera Singer who had gained her talent through a bargain with the Daemon Bane, On her 18th birthday she had a car accident that led to her throat needing major surgery. After she recovered her voice had changed so that she could use it to harm instead of entertain. She preys on lonely elderly land owners and frightens them to death then buys up their land. She does this for Bane but does not know what his plans are.
Locust Legion (Mastermind) - A scientist who specialized in insecticides and GM products. Lost government (and later military) funding due to experiments on himself. Sells his Insect Serums on the black market to the highest bidder and has made a fortune for himself. Has created his Insect Warrior bodyguards by experimenting on martial arts fanatics, slowed down his aging and was behind several bizarre business ventures including the move of a Cider Brewery from the UK to Paragon City.
Others will be added when I get more of a feel for how I will roleplay them.
