Trying to figure out what plot is currently playing within the GG comunity...having a hard time at it
but no worries, i'll figure it out...someway or another.
I've also checked the list with characters and noticed a nice EDIT button on the bottom of the page...if I click that i could add my own characters to the list?

Not an GGer myself - I can't seem to integrate myself into CoH too well, so I spend my time bothering people over the GGOOC channel - but I've heard good things, and it's a solid group; not much more you can ask for there.
If you ever pop over to the Villain side of things, you're unlikely to find "open" Roleplay outside of Pocket D; sadly, for whatever reason, most of it on the Villain side takes place within Villain groups. Either a good or bad thing depending on your viewpoint.

The last Doc T plot update gets you up to speed, though the rest is well worth the read also

And to clarify my original point - my reference to 'lone' characters is to be seen as separate from the 'canon' as it were. It's nice to have heroes who don't have too much of an established supergroup - sort of like Silver Sable appearing in Spider-Man. It doesn't happen too often but it makes a nice change, sort of thing...

I'm still seeing a white blur in front of me at the bottom left part of my screen, as i'm trying to work through the enormous amount of text that my poor little brain had to endure last night.
My first long visit to the GG RP community was fun. I've met some interesting people and had a great overall experience.
Alfred (the Telepath), very helpfull chap who helped me blend in with the others around GG by introducing some of them to me.
Jane, silent artist, but i believe Vonk was kinda interested in her...although the first introduction didn't go that well
Joseph (aka StoneGiant) Vonk's first meet with a stone-tanker or as he called it "a walking stone".
Ow, and then there was Molok...uhm, cool outfit but Vonk got kinda scared when Molok didn't stop staring at him. Hope Vonk didn't upset 'm too much
And there were several others who i had a nice RP talk with. But jeez, can you guys spam the local-chat.
Okay, most of it is IC so wouldn't be considered spam, but trying to follow about three or four conversations in that small chat window... *SNAP!* I think my brain just went BSOD.
Anyway, thanks everybody for the very nice evening. You'll be seeing me around some more, most probably on Vonk.

Anyways.... Hallo *waves* and welcome to the wonderful world of RP (and hopefully regular GG visits)
I remember not too long ago when I made my way to GG for the very first time, you'll have to be careful, the people there have this insane rubber-band device, invisible to the naked eye, and no matter how far away you happen to wander you'll find yourself arriving back there night after night (often without even seeing the zones between your last known location, kinda scary at first but you soon get used to it, and it's faster than the trains I assure you)
The people are generally friendly (although from personal experience it's not wise to mention that Volt Masters white and gold cossie looks kinda "poncey" as this results in mean words from a 3rd party)
Looking forward to meeting which ever toon you decided to take along as soon as my working week finishes (hard to miss me, I'll be the one that doesn't log off for days on end trying to make up for lost time. Arrrgh working for a living sucks, must learn how to grow money tree's)

That would be all of mine and more or less all of Zortel's. Of course, I haven't been to GG much recently (like for weeks), and Z is trailling off, so I guess the supply of non-SG characters is reducing.

Hmm, now that you mention it... only Juan is in any kind of organized SG. Alex and Zortel are in the Vigil, which doesn't really exist anymore, and the rest of mine are in small SG's just for bases.
