We can get a free forum at suddenlaunch.com. I think those forums are adequate, atleast in the beginning. I could set one up and link it just so you can see what it looks like.
Pious can make website, got sone for the "Gang" and "Dark Covenant" (hero SG). Also im not sure if i can make it tonight (Healing Chi) because me and some other villains are continuing the Lord Recluse Strike force at 7pm.

I have a basic understanding of that particular free forum although I could never write my own in php or something like that. I don't know if suddenlaunch has any limitations of any kind, if they don't I could volunteer to administrate it seeing as the "test" forum already has me as its admin.
So let's wait untill tomorow or some other reasonable time span and let everyone see the forum and voice their opinion.

Guys FC will certainly be on time today, but I may have to drop out just before 9 for about 30 mins (RL taxi duties).
Sorry about that. Please continue without me after I drop, and even complete the TF if it comes to it! (Although you may need FC for the AV - yikes!).
Bear in mind I will prob be back on around 9:30 (Traffic and politness permitting!)
I use an identical board for another of my activities, they're pretty easy to use. I reckon it's great although we should make sure that we double post anything important on both boards so that regulars and other potential members can read them.
As for tonight, I'm assuming it's another 7 o'clock start. If there are others who were not at the beginning of the task force, I think they should get together and form a separate team. We can always catch up with each other later.
I think it's probably not a bad idea to rotate some alts if some are falling behind. I'd love to be along Saturday but I've got a wedding to go to. I will be around on Monday, RL permitting, probably levelling my CoV alt but if anyone's about feel free to drop me a line.

Sorry for being a bit "bossy" and "Commander" like at the beginning.
I have to say the Babbage fight was the highlight of the Militia so far. We really felt like a SG coming together to fight a huge menace. Somehow getting the non-Tf members reinforce us halfway through (when we were flagging) really made the whole thing feel epic. The four of us werent making a dent - a few passers by came in... and it was looking possible but really slow... then another few Militia back up.. and down he went!!!
The best news is, after the rather long and tedious Synapse TF (Babbage being the exception), we have reached the FINAL MISSION!!! (For those that havent done it, its a cool unique map and a tasty AV at the end!!)
Lets kick off next Thursday at 7:00? Hopefully as many members of the TF will be on as possible by 7:30, by which time we should have reached Clocky himself. We will need at LEAST 4, but probably 6 or more to take him down (Thank goodness FC has a -regen power or we would be needing 6-8 at least)... and then we all get a tasty badge, superduper XP, and a +3 SO!.
Id suggest we look at a Militia uniform in the meantime.
Has anybody got a free slot they can model the uniform on?
Id suggest we all turn up with a level 1 toon for design purposes only, at Atlas Plaza at a certain time. We can then judge which one we like the most.
I suggest we use the winning design as a guideline / theme... Ex and Portent might have a few tech belts / gloves on top of the costume for instance, Derek might keep his glasses, to say nothing of Mer'de et al!
And someone post the babbage fight on the militia thread!

Being bossy and Commander like (not that you were, overly so) is Force Commander's right. Sometimes roleplaying means being less than polite, but if it's in character, you've gotta do what you've gotta do.
Anyway, you led us to victory so we've no right to complain.
I greatly enjoyed taking down Babbage, and have the whole thing on a demo recording. Looking forward to finishing the TF now and reuiniting with those who were sadly left out

A uniform sounds like a cool idea, I think we've seen suggestions from Pious/'Dragonfly/Mer'de already. Whatever we come up with, I'm sure I can attach it to the Portent's costume with a decent amount of fudge (he's a paranoid anti-social anarchist, but he also likes and respects his friends in the Militia, so he'll stretch a point).

Hope this makes sense, I'm a little tipsy. Had a wonderful day in the West End. I dont do the whole outdorr scene very often so for health and reputation's sake, I went out.. for the whole day. Just got back. Sounds like I missed a fun time gaming, you lot rock to play with, anyway, I wouldn't miss the finale for anything (within reason) so I'll be there by hook or by crook.

Just joining in on the choir praising the fun and magnitude of last night's session and the epic Babbage fight. I also think it was cool and very IC-conform that FC took charge when we were being hampered at first.
Also, the forum set up by Derek rocks - I just posted somewhat hastily compiled bios and plot summaries for Angel and Cobra - hope I didn't get things all wrong!
I can't let this go by without adding my praise for an exceptionally fantastic evening to all involved, including those people who came to our rescue during the Babbage fight which really was epic. (I will post pictures when I get the chance.) I think last night is going to go down as one of my favourite moments in almost a year of CoX. I might have been the one with the starfish but we all know who was really leading last night with his brilliant tactics that prevented any more team wipes.
I'm happy to finish off the taskforce asap next week (really missing those not in it at the moment... ) with everyone joining at 7:30 for the final big push.
As for uniforms, I'm not sure if we'll all fit one but I'm open to suggestions. A united colour scheme and logo may be the best we get. If anyone has any ideas, we can always take screenies and post them here for us to consider.
Again, great idea on the forum. I'd consider taking a leaf out of EVIL's book and having a section for IC stuff and a section for OOC stuff like plot arcs, debates etc. I guess we'll see what works eh?

So the TF team entered the Babbage mission.. How did you get outside help?
How did you get them into the team or onto the mission map?
It was the outdoor ambush in Skyway - and Seph and Derek showed up to help together with some other nice people in the zone, who formed alternative teams - was great fun, but we'll need Mer'de for the final TF push

May I suggest Tuesday 9pm Atlas Park for Militia cozzie competition? - turn up with a level 1 toon, dressed in militia gear (toon acts as a model, will not be part of Militia and gets deleted thereafter).
Means we can all play around, look at the cozzie, then decide?

I dont got no problem there. It's time I updated on 'Dragonfly's arc.
But some people who are engaged on the srtike force dont have an alternative hero to roleplay i think.
Would be cool if any of us had the technical ability to create a Militia-website - Perhaps we should put out an ad for a creative genius/roleplayer
