Thanks, the festival was great. Loads of great bands, good people and healthy amounts of booze. Plus my wife went all girlie-girl-artist-crazy jumping up and down she saw one of the artists standing in the beer-tent talking to some more artists. After some persuasion she ran of and bought his record and got his autograph and a hug. That made her day

Welcome back - it's good to hear that you had a good time.
Just say when, if you want help levelling Derek or Drummond. I'm afraid Masked Angel and Lady Cobra are both 20 now (got to keep up with Mer'de), but I could just SK you. Also, I have some toons at level 10 (including Natalya, whom you have yet to meet), so there should be plenty of opportunities (just not Monday or Wednesday nights which is the COV IC team-up)

Most of my characters are between 10 and 16 and I'd be more than happy to team up. Monday nights are best for me, just let me know.

I'm gone from home (again) from this sunday until next thursday so the closest is off for me. I asked LotusX tho about saturday. Which is basically the only day this week that I can play (except thursday of course but the two of you are busy with the TF).
Could be cool to run a weekend Militia/IC alts outing on Saturday.
Whichever toon I'm on Saturday, I'll try to maintain the "MILITIA IC" search comment, so hopefully I can be easily identified.
I forgot how far UNIT 29 is level-wise?
29's still sitting around 15 if I remember correctly so I may have to take him out soon just to keep up. Unfortunately I suffer from terrible altitis so although I have almost every AT going, they never get further than their teens. 
Fortunately, I seem to be settling down. *finds some wood to touch quickly before ideas for new characters ambush him*

Just a thought before i leave you guys for good, Why not make a Active and reserve list, and what the current story arc/ RP plot and whos in it ( altho i assume that most of the actives would be in the main plot)that you update every two eweeks or so , that way new and old people can keep up to date easier and the new people can have a summarized version before the commit a character?
I know the feeling - at least I have now exhausted my available Union and Defiant character slots, so unless I brush up my German and French or get a second account, I am temporarily forced to contain my altitis

Good idea. As regards the SG-listings there is already an indication of active members/reserve members/inactive members if I recall correctly.
Plotwise, I think recaps are mostly done indirectly via IC-posts on the Militia thread, but perhaps you are looking for a more formal OOC-resume?

My idea is kinda like :

Blitz Arrow: reserve/ Backround charter to main plot or major involvemnet to main story, none other than backround character who pops up to help the mitla in there quest to beat the tsoo
Dragon Fly: active/ Main charter, the plot is part of dragons past catching up with her, testing her new friendships , only the milta can help her defeat "Named TSoo" once and for all!
MAsked Angel: active/ secondary character, she is helping the milta take on the tsoo for dragon, she and dragon have keeped there firendship
Force Commander: active/ main character, dragon flys past has taken its toll on their friendship, and only froces powers/support can truely help dragon defeat there emenies and he is learning to retrust her whilst saving his new friend.
(then again this might be harder than i thought, Maybe just post the active memebrs on here so new comngs can see who the main playes are)
Maybe the best way to keep up to date on all these Militia alts is to start a new thread dedicated to being the Militia's membership roster. Post up your character's name, current level of activity, and whatever other information you want - explanation and description of powers, background as it is presently known IC, plots you're part of; all the little details that might be hard to get across when actually in character. It'd be a very handy reference for newcomers (and indeed oldcomers) to be able to just read through a detailed list of militia members, and thus keep up to date with events they've missed or people they've yet to meet.
Edit: On reflection, this is probably what everyone else just suggested. So I'll just make this a vote in favour.

Ah...finally I understand - a thread with a brief description of each character's known facts (i.e. age, name, relatives, school/work, plot status etc.) right?
This seems like a great idea to me - just one problem, that we may need to consider: the maximum time for editing posts (somewhere in between 7-14 days I think) - so how would we best do that continuity/update wise?
Any ideas what would be the best way to do it in terms of updates?
We get a forum of our own and dedicate one thread to each member.
