How does Wednesday evening sound for doing Synapse?
Some will hit 20 on that TF, some will hit 18/19.
Then pretty much all of us could have capes and second costumes by the end of Thursday's missions.
Edit.. an hour or so later.. What would look cooler than a standard Militia uniform as second outfit? If everyone's up for such an idea, then let every member suggest a look. Male and Female. Alas, if one person wont wear a uniform, then there is no point.

Maybe if we do it like X-men and have some set motif running..
Say, majority wears gleaming red spandex with shiny tech shoulderpads and a big white 'M' on the chest.
Mer'de wud just have the 'M' and Hawkshaw might have a t-shirt with the 'M'.. Angel likes skirts too..

Suggestion: Militia Motif << --- Clicky
It does look awfully cool - and could be good for "Branding" the Militia - and it looks as if each character could adapt the "motif" to his or her own personal taste
On another note, Lady Cobra has now been "lucky" enough to get a mission involving one of her signature enemies Mr. Po, who might have played an important role in Jessica Changs kidnapping. It will probably be going down Tuesday night, and if any of the (reserve) members would want to join in to make it IC it would be great. It's a level 15 mission, so it could be boring game-wise for some of the higher ranking members.

A gun-toting and medical-aid wielding US Marshall would certainly be nice for Lady C to have at her side when she goes up against the dreaded Mr. Po - I hope it's okay if I write a mention of Barb's meeting with Lady C last night into the next Militia update?

I'm cool with the idea of a motif of some sort. I mean, we could just decide on a colour scheme of some sort if we wanted to, but a logo can be adapted to anyone's costume.
Wednesday? Argh, would be so good but unlikely. I will have to see. I've never had the time to do a whole taskforce so it would be a shame to miss out. I'll see what I can arrange.
Although Amber's at 17, Unit 29's only at 14/15 so if we need a tank for Thursday, I'm sure he would be able to come.
Well I will try to come on Wednesday, But I don't know the requirments of Synapse, at least I keep forgetting, if I'm to low, I can take my main scrapper (I don't mind being exed) out or do some lvling the night before in any case I'll see what I'm going to do.

Well... anyway, a TF sounds like a very good idea to me. Don't think I've ever done Synapse, and it's a good way to even-out our levels (what with the 20 limit and all). Are we saying Wednesday for that, and what time? I should be able to make it, just want to get the details straight.
On the subject of a uniform... very nice idea, style looks good. Fitting it to the Portent might be tricky though, he's not the type for a uniform, on principle... I'll play around at Icon and see what I can come up with.
Also bear in mind that if we're in SG mode, the Militia's symbol will replace that big M. Might need our Moderator to change the SG details.
So... what's the plan for the Synapse TF? Are we going ahead on Wednesday or deferring 'till Thursday?
I'd put my vote for Thursday since... well, it's our day. More people will have the time free if we stick to the normal schedule.

Could do it 'normal schedule' but thats 7 to 10. I think we'll be needing like two hours more than that.
I'm afraid that I only get to play during the evenings (mostly) and Wednesdays are a big no go for me. If we could do it at our usual time (maybe half an hour earlier perhaps), that would be preferred for me although good luck to everyone if they decide to do it this evening.
Hmmm...a 5 hours session on a week-night can be a bit tricky for me, as I am an hour ahead of most of you and have to get up early for work.
I suppose it could be done for me from 18-23 BST (19-24 CET) - otherwise I may have to take a raincheck on the TF 
Okay.. start the Task Force at 7pm Thursday and if we dont finish it that night, we carry on another time?
Oh...if the TF can be "paused" if we don't complete it in time, that would of course work perfectly for me too

I second that. If we're going to start at 7, could I suggest that we all meet at Synapse ten minutes or so beforehand? We should also put a note on the SG Message of the Day so that anyone who doesn't get a chance to see these boards can read it.
I'm off to a reggae festival tomorow morning (Hence Dereks little vacation along with Drummond if you read my post in The Militia) so I won't be able to join in the TF
I will be back monday (sunday really but I think I'll be to tired to do anything by then) so by next thursday I'll be back and I guess I have some catching up to do so... See you all thursday and have a super-tastic TF and a superb weekend, I know I'm gonna.

No worries pal, if you're there, you're there. I think that we should be prepared for people who are going to turn up at the normal time without reading these boards and then won't be able to join the taskforce because we will have started. I would recommend that anyone who doesn't know that we're starting early or doing to taskforce team up with anyone else on the team and do a separate mission. Not the perfect solution I know, but I'm laying money on people turning up at 7:30 as usual.
