The European Villainous Immorality League (EVIL)
Description
The European Villainous Immorality League (EVIL) is not so much a supergroup as a Super recruitment agency. EVIL exists to put the Criminal Mastermind in touch with potential henchmen, find cash strapped criminals jobs to do, and allow potential employers access to a pull of meta-powered individuals who don't mind being contracted for morally dubious work. We do not attempt to govern our contacts every move, many would be most upset if we were to even try, but we do insist they follow a few simple rules, and we do work as a team.
As far as I know we are currently the largest Active Roleplaying Villain Supergroup on Union. We have a Webpage here where you can check out out details.
We have regular roleplaying events including parties, training days and monthly meetings. We hosted the successful Mercenary's Ball which we hope to make a regular event in Port Oakes and we have numerous ongoing RP plots as well as new plots starting all the time. We have close ties to a hero group, which has allowed us to run a number of crossover events.

Admission Requirements
We only accept mature roleplayers. We have a two week probationary period and a new sponsor system where all new members will have a mentor during their probationary period. Applications submitted either in game In Character, or Out of Character through the website with a solid explanation of why you want to join have the greatest chance of success.

A Fullgrown VG led by a good community. As one of the 1st and biggest VGs on Union, we are very active and have high ambitions. Violators is a VG for thoose that feel alone in the grind, and we have members online most of the time, from morning to late nights. We have a friendly attitude, and set high priority to members wellbeing and to keep the game-intrest alive. Unlike most VGs, we allow any1 to join, regardless referenses, and let them prove their worth. the higher ranks in the VG is also always up for grasps, since we know that good leaders and rolemodels, can come in any shape and form, not only they that posess alot of high-lvl chars. it has happened before that new members with the right attitude and ambition reached boss-rank within a month from joining us.

Active players. We enforce 7 days offline policy, and after that (unless given notice) chars are kicked. this way we have alot of active players all the time. Alts are accepted as well, and even inactive Alts (as lvl 40s) can find a home in Violators-Alts VG. Common sense and conduct shouldnt be mentioned, since its obvious we treat every player of CoX with respect and dignity. PL-Begging is not allowed in any form, though PL is accepted, its on a personal level only, and isnt allowed in SG-chat.

E.V.I.L. stands for Every Villain is Lovable and can be found on the Union server.
The supergroup essentially has two purposes one of which is to serve its master (Max Khaos....Mwh ha ha). Its other purpose is to make the game more enjoyable for both its members and to the CoV community as a whole. Leading by example and sharing what we learn, we hope to become a force to be reckoned with (and respected) within City of Villains.
There is a lot of diversity amongst this Super Villain Group due to its open endedness. You will find those who enjoy PvP (player vs player) as well as those who don't. Those who are just on now and again to those who seem to be on at all hours.

Whilst many supergroups place limits on who and who cannot join, E.V.I.L.'s only real rule is that you stay active and contribute to its further development (as well as following the rules set out by NCsoft Europe). New players to the world of City of Villains are welcomed just as much as those that are experienced. To join you need to contact a member of E.V.I.L. This can be done by leaving a message in the recruitment section of our website (highly recommended) or through in game chat.
Being one of top supergroups on union, space does get pretty tight and as of yet we have not formed a 2nd Super Group. We are currently deciding what is the best course of action (probably a maximum of 1 other active alt in the supergroup).

We accept all type of player RPer and not, but our RP level is low so would be best to check elsewhere. PL'in is frowned upon but not forbidden, just don't pester the higher players of the group. We offer promotions for the lower ranks for earning prestige...100/200k respectively, but further advancement is possible if you can prove yourself worthy. We currently run a 30 day inactivity rule in which the said toon will be ejected from the group, but a email will be sent incase you wish to rejoin.

Description
A mainly PvE VG with no RP'ers. We are over 75% lvl 30+ with over 30 level 40's(something we REALLY want to change. New or low level players, look us up). We have a strict 'no alt' policy in the main VG but have a seperate one for alts (Blood Pack). We play the game for fun and fun only. Not fussed with being 'uber' or only having good players. Made up of LLOD SG members, New blood Rebellion SG members and assorted other players we've collected along the way. Only requirement is that players are on at least once a fortnight as we're always full and inactives are culled. Every players input is valued and we do not insist on VG mode.

Gotta say the doing the CoV respec in less than 32 minutes which is our current record. If anyone wants to do SF's/respecs, they just need to let me know when and I'll arrange the team for them even if I can't join myself. One thing I do pride myself on is working at being a leader by organising anything the members want, not leaving them to fend for themselves.We also have three of the servers most active badge hunter in me, Scar Child and Dark Merchant.

We have a pretty neat raid ready base and run raids regularly (when it's working), SF's happen at least once a week.

Description
A nautical bunch of rogues, scamps and miscreants, who mainly focus on PvE, with a growing PvP element. A nice mix of levels, with the exception of the 30s. We have some space for new players, and welcome applicants to climb aboard, with new space likely as we have a clear out of some abandoned alts. Coalitioned with the Corrosion Rangers and Deus Ex Machina at the moment, we are actively seeking new coalition partners (hope to add the Bloodline/LLoD shortly). Affiliated with the 1AT coalition of Heroes on Union. Roleplayers are welcome, as our base is designed with socialising in mind, however the majority of players tend not to RP. The Order of Reckoning
Description
The Order was born out of the fall of an SG called the Unreedemable. Our Founder Zanku formed the Order with the intention of having a fun SG with lots of teaming chat and group activities. He succeeded admirably. The Lord Zanku has now gone off to infiltrate the British military as part of a scheme to ensure the Order rules the world (hes joined the army). He has left his lieutenants Sirius Darkstar and Doc Devious in charge (a risky strategy).

We are always searching for new activities to do. The SG is run by Siri and Doc with assistance from a council of 3. Each councillor has to come up with an event. Some examples have been a scavenger hunt across the isles, an in game quiz event a level 2 char race across the isles which we call the Deathrace and so on These events are always open to coalition groups, in fact the Order of the Silent Harp won our last 1 Mill infamy prize. We believe in the SG/VG community and like to support other events. We issue a weekly newsletter via e-mail to all members, The Daily Burgle (yes we know its misdescribed if it says daily and its issued weekly
..we lie, we are Villains!)

No bar to entry. We started as a pick up SG and broadcast invites initially. Now we tend to recruit via teaming contact but we dont have any particular entry requirement.
We have also got the traditional alt problem. Although we dont currently have a restriction or an alt academy type SG something will have to be done soon (especially with 90% of the SG intending to create new energy brutes as soon as I7 is released).

Description
One of the older Villain Super Groups on Union, recently went through a major membership spring cleaning that left us open with lots and lots of open spaces for new members.
We're quite small and comfy group despite our age. We haven't been in a real hurry to get to the top, enjoyment of the game has been more important for us.
There is no actual "theme" in EVIL U - we come from all Origins, Archtypes and histories. We are just a community of learning and enjoying the game in all the ways possible. We do frown a bit at powerlevelers and people who think things must pwn.

Group missions. Some of us love PvPing at the Zones. We have regular WTFs (Weekly Task Force) every Wednesday, on a shared spot with our Hero SG (which means it's not a villain side SF every week). We also have a rad/rad corruptor team going every sunday. Many of us are Badge-Hunters or borderline roleplayers, so that sort of stuff happens a bit as well.

OOC Information:
The Scourge is a roleplaying Villain group, reinstated after a long inactivity period due to Issue 7 delay. Our current focus is on lower levels of the game, although there are members on the higher end of the power curve. The Group is striving for constant in character presense, with ooc conversation being kept to private messages or accordingly highlighted in the team or villain group channels.
The main goal of the group is the opportunity for in character team up, there are various plots currently running, with new members being integrated into them, should they show interest to participate in an ongoing plot.

Description:
The court of the blood countess is a mainly gothic horror themed VG. Our members are vampires, mad-scientists, zombies, demons, werewolves, ghosts, dragons, banshees, and the occasional pscho-killer.
We strive to become one of the largest and most successfull VG's on UNION. For now we are a tight friendly VG which holds a diversity of different players. Helping out any new players we get, doing occasional PvP, and having regular events like Gladiator fights or social gatherings in Pocket D. Well, recently our regular goodies decided to show a bit of love for our villains.
The Plan. We all rolled out a lvl 1 to begin the story of the breakout of a band of Rogues!
We all team up, in one team or in more when loads of us are on and select the same contacts and work our way the arcs as a team!
It's great way for a group of players to have no problem finding a team without any contact/mission quibbles, no worries about XP coz of LKs or ML's.
The story of our villainous band kept with pictures and told on our website! Each villain is welcome to add their story or spin on the evening's events!
We've been doing it a month among ourselves but other regulars are welcome to join in!
Our Rogue saga takes place every Wednesday evening from 19:00GMT til late.
So far, we've had a laugh living and telling the story.
