I hope it lasts a bit longer than the Rad Rangers etc. This alt is probably the most fun I've had playing so far and its one I really want to play. I'll be around for a few weeks anyway while I wait for a few people to catch up to Tufty.
Not sure if I'll be able to play tonite though as I'll be pancaking and defendering.

Just thought I'd have a go at a scout character and messing with creator came up with this.
No helmet
tight armoured body to make it look less bulky than normal marine.
fingerless gloves not sure about this but most gloves didnt look right
tech 2 shoulder pads same as normal marines
tech tactical belt
tucked in cargo pants with leather strap boots
Also thought he could be a AR/Dev as powers maybe fit his role better (although drone looks iffy)
he would have concealment powers and probably recall friend don't know about travel powers
tell me what you think?

Stupid Mapserver. sorry to Dread Marine (cant remember the second part too clearly sorry) i crashed and my sis needs pc should hopefully be back in abit. i made lvl 7 this morning in a breif 10 mins stint. got about 3/4 bars in what time i did get before it crashed . stupid mapserver disconnecting grrrr

I must say 17 pages from scratch in less than 2 days is pretty impressive - when I first saw it earlier I thought it was something that had been lingering for days that I'd somehow missed!
I confess I'm trying to avoid making yet more hero alts. I bought villains so I want to make at least some effort to get into it

Basically, I was thinking, if we all got within the levels of 10-15, we could get a team to do the Positron TF pretty soon, now i'm free tomoz night, but its jst dependant on wherever theres enough people to make it.
Great evening playing with the rifles. Agree it would be good if we could all get to the same sort of levels more teaming opportunity. Hard to keep everyone at the same levels unless we have weekly outings we all stick to, and i know how quickly Doulos levels when he puts his mind and time to it!

Good fight against Atta. Considering there was fairly varied levels, we did bloody well.
Well Frosty, I am deliberately not levelling very fast, rather exemping lots for that valuable prestige, besides, teh reason I levelled fast in the past was to get all the powers I wanted, seeing as how I have a level 50 AR/ and a level 50 /EN I really don't need to do that, plus this SG is all about team work so I expect to stay pretty close to you all in this, I also really enjoy just bouncing around the base so that consumes a lot of time as does helping people get their armour up to specs if need be.
We need a couple of people (level 8-10ish probably) to get frosty as a mission so that the lower levels (1-5) can get on a team in the hollows asap that will yank them up a few levels, as atta did yesterday... and then a couple more Attas would help too.
nice idea about positron but until travel powers are going that TF is just tiresome, far better to wait for travel powers and level 15 and do Synapse, its more interesting and satisfying...
UNIQUE POWER COMBINATION HAS BEEN RELEASED
Yes you read that right folks, based on a certain character of a certain group upon which ours is loosley modelled ONE existing member of the group, YES ONE ONLY is given permission to make a Storm/ELECTRICAL (edited...) Defender (to become, not a Chaplain, but a Librarian!!!) Here is how we will decide who gets it...
Everyone who wants to play as this character and have these sets creates one (no helmet) and joins the SG, then in the base a panel of myself and two other members will judge the entrants and decide which of you gets to keep the unique sets and then the rest of you will be kicked from the SG
Criteria for judging is FACE and NAME, the competition will be held TOMORROW NIGHT @ 8PM in the base so thats the 2nd of March to allow everyone some time to make their version of the toon should they choose.
If 2 members who do not want to make this UNIQUE member of the SG would like to volunteer to help me judge it then that would be great.
Remember the toon needs to be IN the SG base at 8pm for the contest, lateness = disqualification so really you want to be on and registered with the SG by about 7.30-7.45
The will be other little contests like this in the coming weeks so stay tuned to the thread for more details!
