Same here too, the game bored me but I loved painting the characters. Helped that I got paid to do it I suppose

Colours are dark purple and white, make whatever colours you want cause SG colours will kick in anyway when I invite you...
I loved the models, kinda enjoyed the game, enjoyed painting but sucked at it it was just teh concept of them and the look that I always loved.

This is tricky, I don't like to pick a power set twice. It's your idea, so I won't do anything you don't want. I'll ponder some more.

For over 3000 years we served, fighting in the deepest regions of space, our war torn dimension has become a hell hole of iniquity and despair. We lost contact long ago, our fleet decimated our hopes ruined but we kept fighting. A skirmish here, a skirmish there, our war, so personal, even if the order came to withdraw we would not have obeyed, the greater good is only an ideal we reminded ourselves off and laugh about, but something happened, something changed.
On a scouting mission our forces encountered something new, a power field that none of us had seen before, we observed it, we studied it, the planet we were on was desolate, not a place to find such an anomaly. Duckee, we choose you cause you are a great team player, as to what do you want to do? There are lots of possible builds proposed in this thread, pick one, make one, then come and play, enjoy the sounds of numerous assault rifles firing off as the Rifles work through mission, shoot a gun, exercise control, support the squad or be at the forefront of the attack as a might terminator, the choice is all yours!

I'm level 10 and waiting, I have redesigned my tank Wes Tham (level 14) and will be getting him into the group soon as a terminator for when that is needed, means he'll be leaving the AC.... but then we may need some muscle at some point...
I still think you should allow women to join the IR's. 
The ranks are title specific so if you make a Chaplain then that will be your delegated rank.

Commander
Librarian (the trollers)
Chaplain (Nice white armour the empath/psi)
Terminator (the tanks)
Battle Brother (blasters)
And depending on build you will get different ranks with matching privaledges...
Librarians and chaplains can opt out of helemts if they want to... at SL 20 and second outfits others can too if they want...
