Pick up groups dont always work in PvE, why do you expect people use them in PvP?

Well as I see it, someone was kind enough to tell him that he wouldnt get an invite, and explain how these matches work. I think you see it the wrong way TG. It wasnt to put him down, just to tell him, that there is a difference between lvl's of PvP.

So I prefer play in 8 but it is only my point of vue.
Moreover a 8 team allows more players to participate in a row and offer more built diversity with means more tactics and more opportunities to counter a tactic. 
But as Demon Huntress said we may play one week in 5vs5 and the other in 8vs8. And if we got the chance, we can play in 16 vs 16.
By 5vs5, I mean 5uper team (1 troller, 1 defender, 1 scrapper, 1 blaster and 1 tanker). Even if this game mode is not my favorite, it is certainly the less unfair. If we play with 5vs5 and allow 2 same ATs in the team, the one with the 2 trollers wins. End of the story. 
And about playing on sunday, why not again, it may be easier for some of you to be on test on sunday instead of monday.
We just have to settle that if everybody is ok. And choose one day and only one. We all have IG and irl duties, so I am afraid we can not be on test to pvp twice a week.
Unfortunatelly for this specific sunday we already have planned somthing so we can not be there.
So here is what I suggest :
This monday (6th of march) we stay as we were : 8vs8.
Next week, we decide if we prefer play on sunday or on monday, and we settle a 5vs5.
Afterward we will play in 8vs8, then in 5vs5 and so on.
It is always difficult to get everybody happy but we will try to do so.
But as usual I need the opinion of every team leader so I can choose what seems to be the best to please everybody. 
My purpose through those international PVP event was to allow as many players as possible to fight against one another in teams and have as much fun as we can get. I choosed the 8 vs 8 mode because I though this was the best to allow that. Every player can settle in those team no matter what his AT is. And everybody is usefull within a team. No one will be set aside.
What I had in mind was to be as simple as possible : monday pvp 8vs8 in test !
But it may only be a start and we can try to imagine other options to enjoy this game !

no it was a friendly ment PM, its just that i play more then 20 hours a week [sumtimes other games 2] so ur lookin at a pro !!
and its a bit funny to read that sumone here is actually compairing it to being a proffesional atleet,like footballplayers.
its just that i want to play PVP with serious peeps and learn.
i can not learn much from non experienced players can i..?
a student needs a master!!
and im not saying i will be fine wen it comes to players that they call PRO's, but sinds i read here that ur sumtimes short on players, why not help me to become a pro...
no im being banned to the rookies instead...
and there also is that weird fenomenon "natural talents"
maybe a bit of scouting will find u sum good players for PVP.
arrange sum tryout evenings for that or sum.

to become a pro,players need to get the experience against pro's...

Playing alot does help but it dont make you a pro. Everyone started somewhere. I learnt the ropes by fighting other like minded people (that enjoyed pvp). Wasnt experienced but you pick things up e.g. ideas and tricks. With regard to natural talents, dont think it really applies to Pvp as such. The difference is a pro person has knowledge and can exploit someone who is a lesser person (to some degree). Being a rookie does not mean you are a bad player. Im sure you could beat lots of people. It just means you lack experience. Fighting anyone will help as it means you get to understand your strengths and weaknesses abit better and allow you to improve.
Lastly the key to team PvP is teamwork. Alot of these people have fought and teamed against other so have an idea of there play style (what to expect).

Yeah, the best way is to try and get a team of people who you play with and form a team. You'll know each other's playstyle.

Yeah Union and Vigilance had a few PvP matches.
Here is the schredule for the next game.
Next monday, I told you that we could play on sunday night in 8 team with Defiant teams. Unfortunatelly they told us that they are not ready yet so sunday night event is cancelled.
Anyway we will play on monday night.
But this time, we will try to play in pentad (5uper team : 1 troller, 1 def, 1 scrapper, 1 tanker and 1 blaster). Some of you wished to play in this mode and event if it implies that some players will be set asside in comparaison with the 8 team, we will try it to enjoy changes.
Playing likewise will certainly offer the opportunity to a greater number of teams to participate.
So I expect that it may be quite a mess cause there will be much more teams than the other nights.
I order to help me during the event I will ask every team leader to say when his team his ready and when they can fight an opponent.
I will not have the possibility to announce the games as usual and every team will pick up his opponent to have a quicker turn over between the fights.
Here is the plan. I hope it suits you.

They are welcome when we play in 8team.
And not aloowed if we play in pentad.
But I warn you the team are mostly preset before the night by the team leaders so you have to find a team before coming to the event. No pick up team are made during the event.
I guess the best is for you to set your own team, and we will be glad to welcome you ! <fasten your sit belt >

The pentad mode gave us the opportunity to play more often against a greater number of teams.
Unfortunatelly somme of were left asside. But pentad prouved to be interresting the games were very different.
Next monday (the 20th) we will play in 8 team . I hope we could have as many team as we had tonight and may be even more ! ^^
Monday the 27th will be the next pentad night .
I guess we will switch every 2 weeks likewise, to let everybody play and enjoy the game.
