By the way I did a little brainstorming to plan the event.
As I am not sure at all about who come and who do not. This how we will proceed.
Each team leader will helps me and is responsible for his team.
So when the team is ready (by 20 GMT I hope for every team 
let's dream ! ), the team leader announces it through the zone chat of PI.
By example : "[zone] Frost : We, LNM team (vigilance), are ready and looking for an opponent !" And so will do Gatling, Nightbringer (who were kind enough to register) , Taki (LU team), and Falcon (E² 1 team) (my damned lazy countrymen who did not register 
)and any other team leader who may be there.
So please do not flood in the zone chat cause we will use it to let everybody knows who is ready and who is not.Only team leader should use it .
you can flood whatever you want in local chat !
So thanks to the announcement, team leader will tell eachothers and settle the matches, decinding who create the arena and so on.
As we will be quite a lot, I guess we will play 10 minutes matches. Doing so everybody will have an opportunity to fight against a team from another server.
after the game, we will take a 5 minutes break to cool off, have a drink, a cigaret, kill the cat (who is responsible for your deaths), debreif the previous match, plan the next, whatever you want. But above all settle the next game !
Doing so I hope that we can play a 10 minutes games every 15 or 20 minutes let's say.
If everybody is on time and IF there's no arena bug (let's dream once again...), it must work and everybody should play whitout waiting for hour in the arena.
Anyway this system is flexible enough to allow the team leader to settle matches whatever happens.
I guess this is it.
If you got any question please ask it here, right know, during the event I may be quite busy... and even in french answering multiple tells is a big issue for me...
This is a great event, I have quite excited about it and I hope we will have a lots of fun.

Great its gonna happen But i would rather have 20min match's. Would still be able to have 4/5 match's each and be finished for 22:30
Cherry i will give you 14mil influ if you join Gats team. (give you it on test server anyway )
I prefer 20 minutes matches too but it is a try for a start. If this work we may play longer matches next time.
The Paragon Defenders main team graciously bow out of this competition for SG reasons.
Still, would've been grand, eh?

they said 10 mins BEFORE the servers shut down...
It will most likley be a 2 hr stop.. in which case I cannot attend untill another evening.

Sounded and looked like a great night, I watched a few matches and was impressed by all teams skill, I try and get defiant to come next week for the fun, Defiant had hamidon tonight which didn't go to well. I chat to you in game via global to let you know
