Damn hackers, they did as well on our team, we were only 7 for one party and tried to go on a 7v8. One have been hacked on the begining so it was 6v8 then I have been kicked out of the arena a few minutes after so the party endeed on a 5v8.
For the next monday meeting, we have to fix this problem guys!!! Find this haxor & punish him

i would like to try PVP verry much... and i got plenty time every evening.

We from defiant have a hard time getting a regular 8 man team for PvP (I know, I have). We dont have a lot of sg's with 8 or more PvP'ers. When we face you french guys, we brought a long 2-3 non experienced PvP'ers, and thats no good against a skilled group. And we need time to start playing as a group.
Im proposing that we drop the number of players to 4 or 5 which should be a manageable for a lot of players/sg's.
Perhaps still with the limit of no more than 2 of the same AT. I know, we would have more ballance issues, but I see getting more people interested as the primary concern, as this would give us more PvP.
How does this sound?

Well after having played the whole S4, it seems to be the more balanced PVP matchs we can do in coh. I also prefer 5uper style as it is easier to make a team.
Let see what other players think about having 8v8 move to 5uper.
With teams of 5 upwards it makes it easyier for more matchs and more people to be doing something instead of standing around watching/waiting as i found most players become bored and wonder back to leveling... so could be a way forwards.
BUT saying that in a couple of weeks time i would like to organise a 16 v 16 team meet up of all Servers (on Test) if at all possible the dates still to be set... Union wants to make it self heard.
This gives time for defiant to find 16 players and get a team up. 
I think what we can do is one week 5v5 and next one 8v8 and go on like this, and try some 16v16 when it is possible. That way more people should be satisfied.

Am I reading this wrong. You dont need to be in the same sg per say. As its on test they dont need to quit there original sg. You can just make one up e.g. Defiants Deviants. Yes it would be nice to all be from the same sg but I dont think its really pratical. It seems a waste not to fight as you cant get enough ppl from the same sg. You just need to find 8 ppl that PvP.

You try finding 8 people on defiant with PvP experience that want to come on test. I simply cant get more than about 5-6 each time.

and 8 persons with the builds you want. Dont forget that.

Wouldnt be able to make it. Sundays evenings are normally my sg day. This sunday got an sg arena rumble between afew sgs.

Pentads eh, what one of those then?
In my opinion, 5uper is less balanced and stress the game around the builts and the toons instead of stressing players ability to play as a team.
So I prefer play in 8 but it is only my point of vue.
Moreover a 8 team allows more players to participate in a row and offer more built diversity with means more tactics and more opportunities to counter a tactic.
But as Demon Huntress said we may play one week in 5vs5 and the other in 8vs8. And if we got the chance, we can play in 16 vs 16.
By 5vs5, I mean 5uper team (1 troller, 1 defender, 1 scrapper, 1 blaster and 1 tanker). Even if this game mode is not my favorite, it is certainly the less unfair. If we play with 5vs5 and allow 2 same ATs in the team, the one with the 2 trollers wins. End of the story. 
And about playing on sunday, why not again, it may be easier for some of you to be on test on sunday instead of monday.
We just have to settle that if everybody is ok. And choose one day and only one. We all have IG and irl duties, so I am afraid we can not be on test to pvp twice a week.
Unfortunatelly for this specific sunday we already have planned somthing so we can not be there.
So here is what I suggest :
This monday (6th of march) we stay as we were : 8vs8.
Next week, we decide if we prefer play on sunday or on monday, and we settle a 5vs5.
Afterward we will play in 8vs8, then in 5vs5 and so on.
It is always difficult to get everybody happy but we will try to do so.
But as usual I need the opinion of every team leader so I can choose what seems to be the best to please everybody.
My purpose through those international PVP event was to allow as many players as possible to fight against one another in teams and have as much fun as we can get. I choosed the 8 vs 8 mode because I though this was the best to allow that. Every player can settle in those team no matter what his AT is. And everybody is usefull within a team. No one will be set aside.
What I had in mind was to be as simple as possible : monday pvp 8vs8 in test !
But it may only be a start and we can try to imagine other options to enjoy this game !

Go into the PvP zones and start playing more there - over time, you'll (hopefully) pick up the necessary skills to either be noticed, or make yourself noticed.
This post, however, is for those who have already proven themselves in PvP - seeing as "pros" (whatever level of skill that may require) are getting themselves slaughtered in the international matches, one would imagine that a relatively unskilled player would find themselves immensely frustrated. Would you expect to be picked for the national football team because you kicked a ball around in the park yesterday?
