What about in PDP? The new one, if it's on live by then. Or we could do it on test with Defiant, Vigilance and Zunklefunkle (as I once saw it called).
The idea is to have a 'family picture', not a 'multi-countries/servers picture'. After 6 months, this is my heroic home, not defiant or a foreign server.
Besides, Lag might be too high. If this picture will have a good outcome, we can have another one in test server with everyone else.
In addition, It isn't certian the PDP will be clear of bugs and if it will be live by then.

PDP? - Its a base where heroes can meet and party, villains too soon! Check out Vidiot Maps, but there are links to it from Talos and Steel afaik!

Infernius will be there I hope, I say Atlas should be the best place because using the Pcoket D will overload the lag not only that but it will cut into instances too..

atlas can cut into instances also, i remember back in the early days of cov being able to select Mercy Island 1 or Mercy Island 2
it just depends how many ppl show up
then i'd suggest everybody who wants in the picture selects Atlas...not Atlas 1 or 2 or 3.
But the instances could form a problem.

So a while back I browsed the US forums, and was pretty bored, so I went into 'General Discussions'. One of the posts was called 'I remember when...', in which they all said what they remember from CoH when it was new: the 5th Column, Street Hunting, that kind of things. One guy posted a link: a picture with a lot of heroes.
I'll be there as Double Shade, or @Double.
So, this is 'City of Heroes'. And where are you in all of this? Since it is a City of Heroes, i want to gather all of you heroes into one place, talk, have a party, and more. One big event i'm planning is having the biggest Union Family Picture.
The time is February the 13th (2/13/2006), at 8PM GMT, at Atlas Park. Lag might stop us, but if enough people ignore this, we might have a shot
We will gather at 8PM, and at 20:30 we are to go to the stairs, the ones that lead to City Hall, and we will be facing the globe.
Everyone is welcome. There is no level limit, no costume limits. Yes, lag might be awefull, but as long as we don't blast, like at a Hami Raid, everything should be just fine. Also, maybe one of the moderators can show up for this picture.
All in all, i'm planning on a good, heroic evening, with a lot of fun and one BIG Family Picture.
