Read about it in some PC mag and thought 'now this looks interesting'. At the time was playing SWG and getting miffed with the way it was heading.

Unfortunately missed out on the beta but was ready and waiting for the EU launch.

Your description of what's happening sounds very familiar. I had the same sort of thing happen to me a couple of years back after upgrading the graphics card.

Speaking from my own experiences it sounds like the PSU you have at the moment isn't large enough to run the graphics card.

Forgot to mention, knackered 2 graphics cards before the PSU finally burnt out out as well

My apologises to the ITF I was tanking for with Bladess in the early hours of this morning.

The local electrical sub-station seems to have had a hissy fit resulting in a 4 hour power cut, thus resulting in my sudden disappearance.

Any one considering the Tank AT for the first time should read it.
I have had some people criticise me for my style of tanking with my Ice/Stone Tank Big Ray in that I dont herd that often. My first toon was an Empath and I still have this type of mindset no matter what type of AT I am playing.
My style of tanking when allowed, is to run/jump into a mob go past them, turn round and face the rest of my team so I can see whats going on and looking for strays. Taunt to me is in some ways like Heal Other to an Emp, instead of healing the other player I am pulling the aggro off them. I also know the limitations of my character in that Ice tanks seem to have problems when the mobs start conning +4 to them or is that just me? Then you need the back up of your fellow team members.

p.s. My route to tanking came via my Warshade

Instead of using EndRdx in Nova and Dwarf try using EndMod's, they seem to help more in my opinion.
I don't have Health or Stamina in my Tri-Form build as they don't carry over to the forms.
I spend most of my time in either of the 2 forms only using human form to Mire, Stygian Circle and extracting purple fluffy death clouds

You did the right thing by healing the tank. The way I work is Fort on the Tank and Scrappers, CM everybody else. CM priorities for me are other defenders, 'trollers then blasters. Kheldians get both CM and Fort unless in Dwarf form then its only Fort, CM if asked.

And yes, you do feel guilty when you lose someone. Part and parcel of being an Empath.

Totally agree that low level tanking is a chore. Got a new level 12/13 tank in the hollows at the moment. If I am teaming I am always happy to have another tank in the team, even happier if the other tank has taunt/taunt aura. What I try and do is have me and the other tank work as a mini team in grabbing and sharing the aggro. If we both have a taunt aura then we start off with only 1 tank using it. If that tank starts to get into trouble they switch off taunt aura and the other switches on theirs and uses taunt as well to grab aggro from the other tank. Just keep repeating this as the situation requires. It does mean putting a lot of trust in the other tank to watch your back. A little tactic that has helped me and others that I have teamed with so far

Every couple of months this seems to happen.
Threads like this just make me wish I still had Kah-Ra Kaah....Still there is always the mini version of her I could dust off.

I recognise those binds. Teamed with you on the first respec couple of weeks ago with micro Kah. Must say you did an excellent tank job. Think it helped as well in not having a trigger happy team.
