lmao I thought this feature was already on - no wonder people have been complaining.

A base with reclaimator and telepads is nice to have to escape the camping - except these days when the base has started to kick me out whenever it feels like it.

Yeah that will help some, secure bases would be a nicer option.

I just hope they'll change the countdown... The big red numbers and sound is really starting to get on my nerves. Something smaller in the corner would be sufficient IMHO.

Great news I also see in todays Test server patch notes

"Police Drones and Arbiter Drones can now see Stealthed entities and enemy players. "

There was already a drone inside the hospital when I was last there.

Drat!
I was going to post this as a suggestion today, too late now.
I hope there immunity drops right away if they attack another player within that 30 seconds

Eh? When you revive at a hospital, you get a 30 second countdown timer. Are they saying this doesn't work and you're subject to PvP immediately?

I mean, it makes little difference, it takes longer than 30 seconds to get out of the hospital, and how, exactly, is this going to stop people from teleporting you after the thirty seconds?

With a little bit of luck, you'll be able to exit the zone before the timer expires.

Yes this will help a bit as last night in Sirens call after the event, was a few stalkers i seen actually in the Heroes hopital. I had just died and returned to hospital and came down the lift and i saw a stalker standng in the actuall hospital at the door.

The drone did not zap him but when i said i could see him in broadcast he ran away.

Not very sporting for stalkers/stealthed foes to be in the heroes base, they need to make these areas really secure and try to discourage base camping as much as possible.

Hope when this goes live that it has the desired effect of ridding base camping to a degree.

I agree, i find stalkers in hero base distasteful and unsporting and before anyone says they see me in there, yes I occasionally do a dive from the skies to AS someone but they are my friends I certainly dont do it to new people or people I dont know

1: Its a good thing, I hate idiots who attack me in the hos/base.

2: It sucks, I like it when people I know attack me in the base area..makes it interesting.

As you can see I am of split opinions.

Stalk- I thought you did it because you are too lazy to walk back to the villains base

Yep, been TP Foed out of the hospitals few seconds after respawning.

Just as a crazy thought wouldnt it be nice if both bases had a PFF (personal force field) around them? Or a Base Force Field......attacks in an out both get nerfed, so no gimping people either way.

aye at least this will prevent the dronehugging as well, though they should then also dismiss pets of a MM to prevent exploits like spawn pets outside - move in bubble - order pets to attack.

Its true, I often run in hero base for a quick trip back to villain base to spend my bounty but I do like to say hello to my friends by flying above them, build up falling on them and ASing straight away

I will stress I only do this to my friends and not very often

oh and autobrawl in the base helps reduce AS in base massively

Hmm would prolly rather than dismiss pets, need to work more on the lines of crossing into bubble, recalls all pets and only lets them follow. Otherwise mm's would have to summon and buff outside base.

This is a bad mistake IMO, sirens is about getting bounty too and a villain or hero going afk next to a drone can ruin other peoples bounty.

It works both ways, though - after duoing with my gf's Empath yesterday in Sirens yesterday, we figured out that she was the bounty target for most of the stalkers. As she had to go afk anyway, I suggested she go to the hospital as a safe place, and followed her in... within about 20 seconds of her leaving the keyboard, in comes one stalker - giving me ample time to hit Aim, Build Up, then two-shot the stalker before the Arbiter in the hospital got a chance to disintegrate him.

Happily for us, he was our bounty target at the time too.

For my part, I know I've Invised and Hovered into the villains hospital from time to time... not so I can camp villains, but so I can /e drumdance in the corner and /e wave to the newly-resurrected villains as they step out of the chambers.

Drones can now see through stealth and hide which is fine and i dont think people should be killed in the hospital but in Sirens call villain base its still as exposed as ever and heros can easily camp inside the base
