Hey Plight,
Don't worry, I have no desire to do anything bad to the Swords, if anything people can use my new SG as a place to keep their alts for a while, if they wish, I'm cool with it.
For me it's just some fun, I'm not going to be doing the whole "this is my SG, you will always do this, you will always do that" thing, that just sucks the fun out of it.
Atm, I've got a couple of swords in there, couple of femmes, couple of ICONites and loads of other friends with alts who want to join, but they are all keeping their other toons where they are 
The best thing for me is that I'm chatting more than ever with people I don't know that much, like Spork for instance. So it's all good.
Hell, I don't even insist on people being in SG mode for the pressed cheese......although despite what was said last night, my toon IS in Sg mode, I just haven't done any mission with her yet, that's all!
In fact our main discussion so far has been about the SG colours......what's wrong with pink and white?!?? :P

MCX, yes it's double xp weekend, it finishes at 9 on sunday, raid will be at 7, I'm not sure 2 hoursw ill make or break our game. 9 is no good for a raid due to KotH at 9 30 and monday is less ideal than sunday, next sunday is even less ideal as its a week further away. as for taking forever to set up, only look to the people who turn up late or at the exact time we are starting, at the end of the day its sposed to be fun and is a game; sometimes some of us can log on for 2 horus and do nothing bu talk (me), some people have more limited time and really need the ret of us tobe considerate and efficient during group events, cambo doesnt get the sort of time to play that I do, and i know you, MCX, have some RL constraints too, we all do, but lets try and be ready 10-15 minutes before raids, not logging on at 1 minute past . hopefull we will get some good laughs in. the PDs are asking for a fight, I say we see whch days are best for us then go for it.
the MM will be a good plan for KotH mcx, with keith's ice rad we should do ok, can the KotHers pls let me know if they can't do sunday at 9 30 on test (E-gen?), I was planning on being away this weekend but i dont think I will be now, be prepared though.
The inviters for the SG are those with 3 of 5 ranks, Standard-bearers on CoH, nd, ummm, Oppressors (i think) on CoV, this is the full timers and long timers, although abu is a good bet for this one, the rearrangers are the Aides/Connivers, MCX, Sin, Mars, Dreamer, G, X, these have raid and kick privelages and pretty much every permission that I get.
Coinomatic, sounds good mate, most important thing is fun at the end of the day, although I/we are really trying to push this base thing, at least I think we are :/. I'd love to see your PB in the SG, or troller, or, well just you mate, as u say its nice to chat, last few times ive logged on i've spent most of the time talking then do a few mishs just to justify being online

Well i was on but from some reason i couldnt start or scheudal a raid on the raid window in the sg tab, although not too sure on how to start one

Ok, just for everyone to know, I'm not gone from CoH again, I just had some RL issues. I was on exams week on the Uni, and that completely ruled out playing CoH. After it, with the imminent release of Civ IV: Warlords, I came back to that addiction. This weekend, when I was coming back to CoH, my finally asked me to go visit them. 8 hours from home. I will be back only in august. But don't worry, I'm still here
fire, that means 3,000,000 prestige = autonomous expert system + turbine generator. 10 x more trol and energy than we currently have and enough to start thinkiong about defences (not that we have more than 1 def ready room in 2 bases).

errr isnt it double exp weekend? I love base raids as much as the next person (or even more) but me thinks that double exp is somewhat even more tempting, depending on weither we can get the raid started straight away instead of standing around for half an hour- 2hrs then i will most likely be there. Also quick question who can actually start a base raid in the SG, VG?
Oh yeah btw little tip for eveyone on the topic of not getting spawn point ganked if your in the region of 30-50 head over to Warburg do the patrol mission and youll get a free phase shift power, which you can keep coming back for
EDIT: Oh just checked PvP KotH, KotH is at 9:30pm on sunday, also would it be a good idea if we tried using my MM? that is if we are doing the turtle tp strat since i know having a +acc, + atck, slight team stealth bonus, a really long range tp, a lot of immobilize and -acc debuffs and on top of that a large AoE slow would help that strat a lot. Also the pets all prefer long range attacking so we wouldnt have to worry about flyers this time round
