Villains' group thread
hi hi, yep we are back, i will update this thread with the kind permission of dreamer and help of bridger to get the OP back to what it was before
just in case you are wondering the VG post will be on the villain boards and linked somewhere below *SOON* (TM). we are a good sg, in that we are nice to one another and most people on defiant, everything from lvl 1 alts and newbies who are welcome to our help, right up to 10 ish level 50s last time i checked, o yeah and we have been playing right from summer last year, or newer people who joined the community recently, so there's plenty of experience around. With the rearrangements in Coh and CoV, now may be the time to get somewhere with good people and some serious back up (hoping to get progressively more serious). we also like PvE

just a quick update as it doesnt all fit on the MotD, can you all please remember to enable villain broadcasting in options>general on each hero/villain u play so we can talk to one another easily.
the Villain group is up also thanks to mars, as usual, shout on the *cough* arena channel if u need us and cant find any1, chances are we are on.
also please try to wear ur sg colours to earn some prestige it helps and any level can earn just as much per kill which is nice, i dont have the Aspirant rank set to 'pay rent' so im not sure if u can accrue prestige or not, but we'll soon see

Anyone should be able to earn Prestige - even if they don't own CoV. However... at a certain level (not sure which) you earn less Influence while in SG mode and at level 35 you don't earn any at all O_o
So late on you have to choose between Inf / Prestige.

most of the CoV game is under 35 so shouldnt be a problem really dojo, just looking forward to getting a base up, which i hope to do soon, mind you, in beta i could go to the base without setting anything up and it gave me the option to edit, now in CoH if i go to a portal i dont even get the option to go edit it. i think im a bit thick see .

Read somewhere else that you can make a bare-bones base sufficient to start your conquests for around 1.5m, covering:
- Basic plot
- Power Room with enough power to run all below
- Control Room with enough control to run all below
- Teleporter Room with one pad
- Hospital with one basic Rez teleporter
- Workshop with Basic Workbench/Forge
