To get to the Abandoned Sewers, enter any sewer zone, then take the door ont he wall to the right.

This is the most common mistake when looking for the plaque. Make sure you are in the Abandoned Sewers and not the regular sewer network.
When you zone into the sewers, turn to your right and enter through the small door on the wall in front of you now.
Holy Cow! Did you guys know that if you enter the sewer network and go to the door on the right you can go through to a whole new sewer map?! LMAO!!!

Not sure if it's directly mentioned, but you have to go into them to do the Sewer Trial, so, yeah, ok, I'm goin to bed now.
Willpower has more passive regen than Regen does. Who thought that was a good idea?
Can we get a fix for Energy Melee instead of more new sets?

I remember getting a mission to hunt Hydra in the abandoned sewers which mentioned them specifically and told me how to get there.
