Currently Recruiting: We are always recruiting, simply because we get new players everyday. More importantly we also need people that are experienced and willing to help these new players on their way.

RP Level: We're all-RP all-the-time, but we do have an OOC global channel (Paragon Universe). /sg is IC, /coalition is IC.

Theme/Concept: Diverse teams and solo heroes share a sprawling base (The Citadel) and support network.

Activity: Our prime time is from 9-11 pm ET. We've got weekly events three nights a week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday) and ad hoc events on other nights.

At present, we have three mini-sgs within the SG:

STORM: An emergency response squad which tends to address more technological threats. Weekly briefing and mission RP every Wednesday at 9:15pm.

Incognitus: Holding back magical threats from other dimensions. A weekly meeting and mission RP every Thursday at 9 pm.

Legion: Heroes of courage and hope band together to fight evil. The Legion is in a rebuilding phase and a new weekly event will be announced soon.

These weekly events are normally open to anyone -- whether it's a crossover, a guest appearance, or a recurring role!

Name: Alpha Squad

Currently Recruiting: We'd love to have anyone join, but since we are a small group, with irregular hours, we know we're not the best choice for a lot of people. However, if our style and casual schedule suit you, please join us!

RP Level: We're a RP-medium team. We are always IC on /local, and use parentheses to denote OOC discussion on /supergroup, which features both OOC and IC chat. We have an OOC channel as well. We tend to RP during breaks during missions and we tend to RP a lot in AE missions, which we all take turns developing.

Taking "turns" acting as GM, is one of our big aspects. We tend to let each one of us take turns developing stories/arcs in AE and playing them out. Sometimes they reference earlier missions, sometimes they are entirely new directions. The main point is, everyone has equal opportunity to "drive" the story.

PvP Level: Sporadic. Mostly we use PvP instances to roleplay and fight cross-faction. We've setup a rival villain-group that has some useful high-level villains for this purpose.

Theme/Concept: We are a blend of high-fantasy and super-science. We have a "Crisis on Infinite Earths" type story, based on the legend of Ragnarok. This idea however is not compulsory for your character. There is a bit of a northern theme as well as our super base is located in a fictitious country at the Arctic Circle.

Activity: Our prime time is weekends, from 6PM-10PM Pacific. We are also on sporadically on weeknights. All of us are busy, so we are not always playing, and generally weekends are the best time for all of us. Saturday night and Sunday night are very regular now. We almost always have a RP/AE mission arc to complete, which involves RP and mission runs on those nights, great fun!

Each weekend produces a new comic cover and is documented as an "issue" in our supergroup's story-arc. An example of this are here and here.

Requirements for Membership: We are generally only active on weekends, and we are quite small (five active roleplayers at this time). So really we have no requirements, other than recognition we are a smaller, friendlier, cosy SG! If that suits your needs we'd love to have you!

Other Details: We are sporadic players, mostly playing on weekends. We tend to RP more than grind, so we do not rise in level very fast! Our stories are very collaborative and creative and we'd welcome any additional stories and characters to join us. We have a very functional base with 8 active teleporter beacons, a medical transporter, workbench and other utilities, as well as some superb RP spaces in the base.

If you have an alt, you just like to "dabble" with a little on weekends, that might be a good fit. Or if you are like us and work a lot, and only can truly rely on the weekend nights to play, then you are probably an excellent fit.

Name: The House of Heroes and Web Spinner's Amazing Friends (separate SGs treated as one group)

Currently Recruiting: Accepting new members of all levels and ATs

RP Level: We're not looking for heavy, all-encompassing RP-only stuff here, and we try to stay away from the constant mature themes some SGs may thrive on. We provide an environment we can all be relaxed and roleplay in. SG channels, Local, Coalition and teams are always considered IC unless otherwise marked to denote OOC chatter. All of our individual characters have their own personal RP storylines going on, with lots of crossover between them. All members are welcome to get involved in others' storylines via our SG forums and in-game.

PvP Level: We have a few members who are casual PvPers but we don't require PvP as a group.

Theme/Concept: The House of Heroes are a typical Justice League/Avengers-style SG, where individual heroes come together to battle menaces that are more powerful than they could handle alone. Web Spinner's Amazing Friends are a teen SG, akin to the Teen Titans. The two groups have a mentor/sidekick relationship of sorts and are funded by the same foundation.

Activity: We currently have about a dozen players on our rosters with various alts or multiple versions of the same heroes. Our membership is most active during the week between the hours of 4pm-midnight EST during the week, with multiple members drifting in and out of the game at other times as well. On the weekends we have activity throughout the day and night.

Requirements for Membership: Your characters have to actually fit the classically defined role of heroes. Mercs and assassins need not apply, for example. Applications for both groups are handled via the Application Forums our Guild Portal site. Activity on our Guild Portal site is highly recommended and keeps our players up to date on current affairs for our SGs, both IC and OOC.

Leadership: The Scarlet Centurion is currently the leader for the House of Heroes, mostly in an administrative capability. Hyperthread is the de facto leader of Web Spinner's Amazing Friends. They're both my characters, but OOC we have a small group of officers who vote on all actions that effect the SG. This is not a dictatorship and all members are welcome to make suggestions at any time via our forums.

Coalition(s): We have two alt groups that are part of the coalition as part of the back story for our heroes, Ellis Industries and Equinox Consultants, as well as a third group. In addition, we have OOC ties to -Nightwatch- and Vanguard Alliance. We're looking to expand our coalition as well.

Other Details: For this group, Real Life comes first. We work around the Real Life schedules of our players as much as possible, and try to schedule our big events for times that the most people can be there. Our members vary in age from teens to late 30s. We try to respect everyone's place in the group though, and looking down on anyone for their age or real life commitments is frowned upon outside of jokes. For example, it's common for our youngest member to ask me what it was like to have a T-Rex as my first pet. Then I drop a lightning bolt on his head and we move on.

We have fully stocked bases with telepads, storage, and medlabs for our members, and plenty of RP space everywhere. We tend to organize any special events on our website but Teams and Task Forces often occur spontaneously on any given evening simply by someone asking for it on our global channel. Like last night when we threw together an ITF, or any of the countless times we've done a Synapse TF just to see where we could spawn Babbage....

Name: New Pantheon

Currently Recruiting: We are currently recruiting new members, and new coalition groups.

RP Level: Medium + RP level; and will have RP events. Our SG and Coalition channel is for IC communication, unless denoted with some sort of marker ( "(( ))" or "OOC:" ), we also have a global channel that is OOC for members to communicate.

PvP Level: Casual; mainly for when people wish to do it for fun. Most of us are not big into PvP, prefering RP and "text-fighting" for Role Play.

Theme/Concept: Group dedicated to protect the world from magical threats, as well as protecting magic from threats. Origin doesn't matter. The group is somewhat akin to the Bureau for Paranormal Research and Defense (BPRD) from the Hellboy comics, or Darkhold Redeemers or Midnight Sons from Marvel. We believe magic is an important to the world, but know it can be a threat if used incorrectly or certain "creatures", while at the same time it can need to be protected from the world and others in it.

Activity: Currently low activity(3-5 active members), looking to bolster the ranks with more active players/characters, to get our activity level back to what it was.

The SG has a couple sub-sects/groups in it. There is The Academy which is a place for those new to magic powers to learn to use them, as well as the teachers. There is also the T.O.W.E.R. (Theurgic Order Watching the Earthly & Realms) which is the face group of "heroes". Within the Tower are other sub-sects; The Forge (dedicated to creating new forms of magic, weapons, etc.)and the Hounds of Cernunnos (a secret black ops/assassin sect, that hunts down threats that need a less delicate hand, and that can only be defeated by destruction of the threat. They are unknown by the public and New Pantheon as a whole).

Theme/Concept: Heroes of all archetypes, origins and powersets are welcomed and the team consists of scientists, mages, mutants and the elite - all with one thing in common - the desire to make the world a safer place.

The group losely embraces the ethos 'lone wolf/strength of the pack', with Wolfcry functioning dangerously effectively whether as a group effort, or while soloing.

Name: Power-Tech Industries

Currently Recruiting: Yes, we are looking for new recruits and groups to roleplay with as well.

RP level: We are a Heavy RP group. Roleplaying is a requirement for membership and we will do little outside of the area of roleplaying.

Concept: Power-Tech Industries is a newly formed Arms Manufactuer that specializes in the design of Powered Armor. Their current CEO, Frank Harris, hasa number of patents on his own designs and needs investors and staff members to make that happen! OOCly; there will be no exchange of money made for any armors given to characters in game. I plan on making a forum for the SG so that I can allow people to see my inventory and use it as they will. It will be assumed that all armors used in game were payed for through an in character purchase.

Name: The Golden Mirror

Currently Recruiting: Always looking for members and other SGs that might be interested in coalition.

RP Level: RP-friendly/RP-intensive group. OOC must be marked. We do welcome those who do not RP though. /sg, /coalition and /local should be IC unless marked.

PvP Level: PvP friendly but not required.

Theme/Concept: The SG 'The Golden Mirror' is a group built around the fact that while each hero is a unique individual that may be unable to achieve some goals, when many heroes are brought together then anything can be accomplished. To this end, we seek to gather as many heroes as we can under our banner in order to achieve these goals, be them individual plans put in motion by a hero, or a idea shared by many.
We welcome all who wish to come under our banner.

Activity: Currently sporadic member log on times. Seeking to increase this. Prime time is EST weekends. Leaders are on every few days with at least one leader on each day.

Requirements for Membership: Must log in at least once every 40 days. After that a demotion will occur. At 50 days offline you will be kicked from the group. If you hit 30 days offline without having accumulated any prestige then you will be kicked then.
Members must be willing to lend a hand to both members of the group and others around them.

Coalition(s): Half dozen RPSGs already fight with us when we or they have need. Includes members such as the "Discordian Society of Other Guys", "Masked Marauders" and "The Empire of Shadows".

Other Details: The Golden Mirror base is of a medium size, currently pocessing a working teleport grid[8 portals], a fully equipped medbay, storage racks and workshop space. We offer individual rooms for members on a first come/first served basis in a three story personal apartment room, set aside for just this. The base is setup for RP and open both to team members and coalition members. There is a magitech theme, employing funtional tech devices blunted by greenery, pools of water, large softly glowing crystals and plently of sitting areas with tvs, computers and books for reading. A fully stocked bar sits near to the personal rooms with plently of places to rest your feet and have a drink after a hard day of defeating villains. Nearby rests a meditative pool, the room quiet and peaceful despite the bar being right next door. Control and energy areas are open to members, though it is requested that heroes stay out of the restricted sections of the base. Privacy is asked for by all members and vistors as personal rooms do not have doors and are very close to one another.

Theme/Concept: The Watch is a group of heroes that have seen the actions of others, namely Statesman himself, and recognized them for what they are, an example to others. Following in the same ideology, the Watch seeks to better the city and the world in any way possible, knowing that even the greatest of heroes can't be everywhere at once.

They set out to do what is right, to bring justice and safety to the world, not for fame or glamour, but simply because it is the right thing to do. Of course, in the pursuit of such acts, attention will be earned and publicity will be had. However, the Watch believes that what they do, the goals they strive for, make them role models, not celebrities.

Statesman's Watch takes all varieties of hero. Obviously, a seasoned, experienced individual offers many things, and their leadership and knowledge are invaluable. However, the potential and strength of this newer generation cannot be ignored. As such, the Watch gladly takes heroes freshly registered with the intent to offer them a strong moral environment with which to train and grow as a young individual and as a hero.

Activity: The SG itself has a long history and formerly a strong activity. Unfortunately, when the leadership shifted, there was a period of hibernation, leaving the group with only a few members remaining. However, the dust is being blown off and we are looking to make the Watch an active and fun group once again.

Requirements for Membership: All lvls and ATs are acceptable. we do have a website with forums for planning, group discussion, etc, which isn't mandatory to check and participate on, but encouraged

Currently Recruiting: Yes! We are seeking 15 versatile, active heroes to join the stage crew for Taskforce Runway, set to start filming in Paragon City this year! We are looking for hard-working prestige earners to help us fund and build the TR Studio in Atlas Park.

Theme/Concept: Taskforce Runway is a role-played reality-television show. 12 Super-Hero Costume Designers, 3 finalists, 1 winner.

Activity: We are currently at the start of our prestige drive, and therefore seeking active players (5+ hours a week) to earn as much prestige as possible.

Requirements for Membership: We will be choosing our models, on-air talent, and writers from the TR Crew first, so we are looking for heroes with a spare costume slot/slots, lots of unlocked costume parts and booster packs, RP skills, and knowledge of how .costume files work. No member of The TR Stage Crew is allowed to compete in Taskforce Runway Season One. Higher levels preferred, but not required. Fun people who know how to work in groups, a plus.

Currently Recruiting: We are accepting new members, looking for those players interested in RP.

RP Level: RP-intensive. OOC Posts are often necessary, but try to stay IC as much as possible

PvP Level: Casual at most. We do not generally engage in PvP.

Theme/Concept: We are a group of synthetic life forms (robots, cyborgs, AIs, nanite colonies, etc). We have come together, with the help of the Central Union AI hive mind, to serve alongside organics and forge a great destiny for our kind.

Activity: Currently we have 14 unique members, and 2 alts. All North American time zones are represented, so most of the time at least one of our members can be found on-line. "Prime-time" can be considered to be between 7PM and Midnight Eastern Time.

Requirements for Membership
* All levels, ATs and origins are accepted. Technology origins are the most common, but provided an origin can be justified to an officer, we can work with it.
* We also require that you be active at least once in a 30-day period (any longer and we will remove).
