Its easier to purge from the good post on than it is to prune so you probably just posted after someone else who got whacked. If they would ever upgrade the damn forums like they were supposed to a year ago it would be a billion times easier for them to mod. ubb is way old.

We don't really know whats going on, but a lot of important accounts in The Renegades have been perma-banned. Maybe the devs decided they were sick of bitter hardcore pvpers pointing out their mistakes. I don't know, we're hoping the issue will be investigated and there will be some sort of resolution.
This is a pretty big hit against our group, and with the state of pvp right now, a big hit against The Renegades is a big hit against the community as a whole.

actually they were innocent bystanders. the owners of those accounts had no idea what was going on, someone else got onto their accounts and did things that got them banned.
I blame the dirty farming bastards
if exploits are there...and not fixed it is very temptng to use them and it is not players fault they are there...besides that ceratin exploit wasn't officially known so players who abused it wouldn't know they would get perma banned for it............>_>

well if u had an option to get rid of months of tedious farming and painfully boring task of IOing a toon wouldnt you go for it?
if your goal in the game is to have fun pvping, then finding a way to remove the pve BS from your gameplay is just natural.
besides, they never used to perma ban on first offense before, even for ridiculous exploits. you remember the IO duping where u can spam click the create button on an IO and as long as u had the salvage, it would craft as many as u could click within server ticks. many many people abused that far worse, and didnt even get a temp ban. they actually just fixed their game instead of putting it on the players.
same with rikti farms. there were farms before the AE too. they would never have banned, even temporary, for farming before. they just would try to limit it and nerf it.
it shouldnt be the players responsibility to uphold the game. anyone with half a brain would know that if there is an exploit or an easy way out, then majority of players are going to try and go that way. its just human nature. most people are reward seekers and couldnt give two [censored] about earning it. its the devs responsibility to fix the game, not the players responsibility to play on some fine line never knowing exactly what the devs consider to be ban-worthy and hoping that when they try and level fast its not this arbitrary 'too fast' that they can get banned for now.

Do 3 matches, then decide the best for the "What Once Was Test Ladder" Trophy Because truely, you will not be able to get many teams with all this Changing in PvP they have been doing. PvP Io's [censored] the KB teams, and everyone was forced to go DR off so you can have heal decay off. And this new Holding system makes LoL TK boss because you [censored] for the full duration(LoL wtf are BF's?? Will this be like kickball or will we be placed on teams based on skills? How often will we practice and fight? I am very interested and I wouldnt mind PvPing a lot.

It is on test. We balance matches based on AT and skill. Practice is twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday starting at 9pm EST and goes until we don't have enough people to continue.
There is only one big drawback that was already mentioned...
