My furious fur ball is my personal favorite too, I've always thought of it as Throwing a chainsaw into a pile of stuff animals.
I just recently got the Follow Up > Focus > Slash chain working for me. It's a lot of fun!
yeah. it makes it better when those stuffed animals bleed and scream in pain. i know SR is a late bloomer and you need most of it but yall got any tips for the rest of it?

Minus maybe Elude. Once you're running at the soft cap Elude is kind of superfluous in my opinion.

Until you get hit by a /poison's debuffs. But then even WITH elude it's pointless then since /poison debuffs your ability to buff defense (which AFAIK isn't resistible) AND debuffs defense.

got it. that being said, this really is the funnest character ive ever played. i dont have a 50 yet and this may be it. why doesnt everybody play scrappers?
I do, Madam Enigma was my first character. A claw/sr too. She's also my only heroic 50 so far. Working on getting another one.

I think some people like taking more specific roles on a team, or enjoy the challenge of being a glass cannon, or like being able to go AFK in the middle of insane spawns, or what have you. While scrappers are my favorite, I also enjoy blasters and to a lesser extent tanks.

My main character and likeness is a Fire/Fire Blaster and I've always loved him for his ability to do insane amounts of damage consistently. For the longest time I just couldn't get into any other character type because let's be honest, no other type can really do such insane amounts of damage without relying on anything else.
When I decided to give Scrappers a shot BillZ recommended Claws/SR and after seeing a couple of his videos I decided it'd be right up my alley. I haven't regretted that choice since.

(I "Graduated" to blasters because I am addicted to giant clouds of huge orange numbers and willing to take the red numbers that go with. )

Yeah, I like blasters too. I hate not having mez protection, though. Oh, I'm held again. That's real fun. If it wasn't for that, I might well be a blaster guy instead of a scrapper guy.

my first and highest level (soloed to 20, yeah im still pretty fresh, even after 6 months of figuring out what to play) is a ele/ele blaster. and hes still fun, but moved to a different server to get on teams easier. ill bring him back one day. but that day is far off right now. stabbing things is too much fun.
Not everyone plays scrappers because then there would be no one to worship scrappers.

easymode becomes boring
I love my DM/WP scrapper. But only because DM gives me some tricks. Otherwise a scrapper is just boring after awhile - you cycle through attacks and kill things. Great fun at first, gets old.

I suppose constantly being awsome is difficult to handle for some people. 
No other AT can make me giddy with what I can push my characters to accomplish. Scrappers; you complete me.

I love scrappers. The things you can do as a scrapper are simply amazing. But let's face it. After running your 500th mission without any challenge at all, sometimes you just want to play a character who's actually at risk of defeat.

They do. Somewhere, probably not even on their home server, I think that everyone has a scrapper. Even the folks who make those "team only" Empaths with the default blast. They've got scrappers like you wouldn't believe.
so i started a scrapper. Claws/SR. MAN! im like a bunch of blenders attached to an angry poodle with rabies. things die twice.
