It seemed to me to be a suggestion and not a rule. I don't think something that minor is a big deal anyway.

I just lost several hours of work because Photoshop crashed and i have less than 3 hours to get this done, mad dash panic to finish up my piece by using my mix martial arts "copy and paste" technique?"...

I'm willing to accept either definition because you used my name as a metaphor.

He was asking that you not use real photographs or representations of real famous people as the main characters in the poster, and that he'd prefer using the dev's name instead of real actors in the credits, unless I miss-interpreted it. However, I found the cast I faked being having their name on my movie poster to be of the utmost hilarity and don't feel pressed to change it. Because it's funny.

and I didnt mean ta sound snide either.. or wasnt my intention anyway.. just saying tacky gets his awsome artwork in at the very last minute, which gives it some dramatic flare..ect..
