hahaha poor Alpha, just make sure the wife does em
I hate em too but one gal on Bob's page BEFORE Bob posted the challenge goes, please Bob no Burpee's like he said he was going to do another food challenge but when he seen her post he had to do burpees instead! Jinxed us!!!!
I don't like burpees either !!!
After watching that 'burpees' video I had severe flashbacks to high school wrestling. I could never do that exercise now, too much knee and hip damage.

oh i guess i forgot that too, im 6ft 1/2 inch. im the shortest guy in my family, i blame my dad since he's 6'2'' and all the rest of the guys in my family are like 6'6'' and up, with my grandpa being 7'2''. its that swedish blood in me that makes the family tall, but when my dad being a runt mixed it with my mom who's french i got stuck at 6'0.5'' so i'd get called small fry or pipsqueak by my cousins who range from 6'6'' to 6'11''
I can't do any of those Noire. I have bad knee remember?
not much good if I knock my knee out of place and am forced to be sitting in a wheelchair.
LOW IMPACT...that's the key.
I can walk, I can't jog unless it's on an eliptical. i can *barely* bike due to the way my knee grinds....
Man I hope they find a new Aquafit instructor at the gym

tie a rope around the 10 year old and have him run south well the other end is tied around you and you run north. it's light resistance based running, any time someone falls over they need to do 5 sets of 100 pushups and 5 sets of 100 situps. if your in better shape u can run against an adult and then double the punishment for falling down.

i find rippled potatoes chips to be better than regular ones, becuase the extra waves cause excess carbs and grease to spill off the chip when they are deep fried.
pair that with playing beer pong for about 4 hours a week and you'll be doing good.
South Beach Chopped Salad with Tuna
1 6oz can water packed tuna
1/3 cup chopped cucumber
1/3 cup chopped tomato
1/3 cup chopped avocado
1/3 cup chopped celery
1/3 cup chopped radishes
1 cup chopped romaine or red leaf lettuce.
layer in a bowl, lettuce on bottom tuna on top...pretty easy..
Dressing
4tsp Extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
2 cloves of finely chopped garlic
1/2tsp pepper.
For this I just dump it all in a food processor, not even chopping the garlic, let the food processor do all the work. Drizzle this over your salad. Nummy light lunch! and filling too

ALICE SPRINGS CHICKEN
4 boneless chicken breasts
8 pieces bacon, coarsely chopped
8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 tablespoon butter
1 clove garlic, minced
4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
Season the chicken with the seasonings of your choice (I use Spicy Seasoning Salt); grill until just done. Keep the chicken warm. Meanwhile, fry the bacon in a skillet until crisp; drain on paper towels. In the same skillet, sauté the mushrooms and garlic in butter, seasoning with salt to taste. Cook until the juices have evaporated. Place the chicken on a foil-lined baking sheet. Top each piece of chicken with 1/4 of the mushrooms and bacon, then with the shredded cheese. Broil until cheese is melted and bubbly.
