BIGGEST LOSER - GUARDIAN *Sticky Please*
I had my team doing runs on an incline yesterday so Today's Challenge is.... Put your treadmill on a 7 incline and go as fast as you can, beginners 30sec. and advanced 1min. Do 15 of them. Changing your routine will help to overcome plateaus and this will burn MAD CALORIES!!!

According to Wii Fit I'm a grand total of:

I started at 160 a little over a month ago.
Inlaws will be here so lots of BBQing and lots of going out to eat. yay salad, and hopefully sushi!
I made a HUGE batch of coleslaw last night, used the Starfrit hand chopper (the one you beat on like the Slap chop) to mince it all up, burned alot of cals, finished cleaning the house, scrubbed the floors, finished mowing the lawn....I WORKED...oy.
Tonight I'm gonna go to the Gym weather the inlaws are here or not. To heck with them, they wanna take the Mr and the kids to the community pool that's their choice, I don't get as much of a workout there as I do hitting the gym.

Okay here is your 4th of July Weekend Challenge and it is going to be REALLY HARD!!! Workout everyday until you are RED in the face, take out all the WHITE foods all weekend and pick up "the BLUE zones" book for a great read. The most important is the WHITE part...no white flour, potatoes, rice, pasta...Happy 4th..xoxo

I been bad on keeping a food diary the last little while, things been crazy moving stuff getting rdy to paint the outside trim and inside wall, cleaning the basement ugh so much to do!
I been doing great with eating though, I lost 6lbs since a week/week and a half ago so that now brings me down to 219 !!!!! thats 31lbs GONE!
Not bad for 14 weeks of work
Even though the week from hell is here and I am not working out I been keeping active with moving boxes and bags and furnture around walking alot so I been doin alright
Going to paint the wall as ive mentioned, outside work.
I am just happy cause 19 more lbs I will be half way to my goal, if I keep at it like this I am sure I can lose the last 69lbs before my birthday

ALSO! Got hubbys scedule finally and made my app to go get my 3 month blood work done on the 24th to see how my muscle mass is going up fat coming down and if my insulin level dropped any I am pretty excited to see I mean somethings gotta be happening right, *knock on wood* that it continues

Yesterday I got Back from the docs ~ 11.5 inches total, 31lbs gone in 16.5 weeks (according to her scale), fat is down another 3.3 points in 2 months, muscle is up 1.6 in 2 months, BMI down 8 points I think from 4 months ago, Ill know my blood work results next week
Note: Don't rely on junk food for cravings when you quit smoking..... or you will be like me... going from 130lbs fit active and having fun to gaining over 100lbs then now trying to take it off many years later its not easy

In 30 days I have dropped 6 kilos and lost 5 centimeters on my waist. Pretty good IMO and I don't think I have eaten this well since I was in the army.

ok yesterday i had:
Breakfast: breakfast burrito, and gatorade
Lunch: the rest of the breakfast burrito, a nectarine, crystal light drink
Dinner: went to Dave and Buster's and i had
Island Grilled Trifecta - NEW!
Individual skewers of honey-teriyaki glazed sirloin steak, seasoned chicken breast and tender shrimp, all grilled to perfection and served on a bed of spicy rice medley. Served with pineapple pico de gallo, eriyaki BBQ sauce, and a mango citrus sauce for dipping.

to dya i am off to the dentist so not sure what i will eat... gonna start with fruit i think
