from what ive seen all hot sauce has no carbs
I got one in my fridge thats HOTTER then franks
Was doing good all day til hubby wanted the baked crab rangoon again tonight for dinner...... ate some of that... I had maybe 10 carbs total all day then smack me with the rangoon
Make up for it tomorrow morning I am sure...
I been moving stuff and cleaning ALL DAY til 4pm and my workout on top of it and bringing over 100lb bins downstairs of stuff I packed we are not gonna use again til we move.
I have a 35 gal bin of bath and body works and another one, I have almost 60 shower gels, man i bought alot when I worked there That's not inculding candles and burning oils and room sprays and alot more lol

For awhile I was eating nothing but Tuna from the can and drinking just triple-filtered water.
I was allowed to season the tuna with Hot Sauce and ate the hell outta the tuna for about 3 weeks.
(I finally got sick of tuna and hot sauce and gained 30 pounds back)

I'm really getting sick of living in Florida and having to watch commercials on local tv for restaurants that are 3 states away.
Do you realize how much the fuel cost is gonna be for me to run over to Baton Rouge, LA to hit JitB for a Jumbo Jack w/ cheese combo!!

Found THIS! I am so gonna be printing off recipes this afternoon, found some chocolate ice cream that has like 4 carbs per serving and other stuff and there is like no sugar in it really.

I just got done making another batch of Kefir. That stuff makes me feel so good inside it's insane. I get so energized after having my morning smoothie.
Now that I don't have to take the girlchild to school anymore, I think after my husband leaves for work I'll do a bit of Wii fit to rev up the metabolism for the day, and hit the gym in the evenings.

I found when I drank the muscle milk I was full, really full, was good too.
But I think I am going to keep the last 2 bottles I have for the weekend, I picked em up for 70 cents each to give em a try.
My body has been getting more firm too
I feel great and hubby says I look great and ive always been beautiful he says but I look even more so now with my glow, yay!!
