I haven't gotten any like that.
I once got two back to back feedbacks on one of my arcs:
first one was (paraphrased):
"Awesome arc - was a total breeze with my level 11 blaster on invince, but fun to play anyways."
second one was (paraphrased):
"This arc is horribly overpowered and completely impossible, you're obviously just trying to godmode NPCs, couldn't beat the first group with a duo of 50 brute/48 corruptor, quit."
...I don't know either. The arc in question had zero elite bosses/avs in it, and extremely simple mob groups made from either basic/basic simple sets like dual blades, or were all mobs from existing in game factions. I ran the arc with a level 10 stalker with zero enchancements slotted treating it as a 'defeat all' and then again with a level 26 triform peacebringer without using any forms, or any armors, or any insps, again as a 'defeat all' and mowed through it easily, so I to this day have NO idea what that corruptor/brute duo was doing.
I've got one on my humor arc that said "Your recurring EB doesn't add anything to the story."
Considering that the story was all for the sake of humor, and the EB's dialogue is more or less all comedy, I'd say it added to the story. Whether or not they found it funny is another matter.
Someone told me that my bosses were too hard.
Actually, the custom mob that kills people the most in that mish (including an IOed WP/SS tanker and an IOed Fire/Kin) is a lieutenant. Elec Armor at Extreme on Lts has Power Sink. 
I got a review that praised the humour in my arc. This player thought it was very funny...and here's the kicker, he said it made excellent use of game canon.
But he gave me four stars, not five. Why? Because there was a one problem - only ONE problem - that made him drop the rating.
He didn't like my Freakshow boss: teh Powergamer
He complained that my Freak tank used MMO and gamer terms in the boss dialogue. He said this was awful and immersion-breaking - I should have done something more in-character, and it'd totally be a five-star mission if I changed that.
I'm all...er...waitasecond. I mean, like...the boss is Freakshow, yo?
(And bear in mind, the entire mission is about breaking into Positron's lab to steal his inspirations. =P)

He complained that she didn't "fit in".
I can't recall the details, but I once logged in and had two feedbacks for the same mish, one praising part X of it, the other telling me part X really needed to get redone or dropped. It comes down to deciding what you want in it and ignoring those who'd second guess you, which has happened to me a couple of times. I'm sure this has happened a lot to other authors.
Still, be nice and thank them for playing and giving you feedback.

This seems to be a fairly common thing. I've had the same comments on all 3 of my arcs, but especially "Hunting the Dark Dragon". Some people love a thing, others hate it. Like I've said previously, there's just no way to please everyone.

I had someone knock me a star in one arc for not having any custom enemies, apparently the one custom ally that appears for a single mission doesn't count.
Rather funny after all the other 5-stars praising me for pulling off a good MA arc using only stock enemies.
My "Nanny Filter" one-off humor mission has you destroying a database of censored words. While you do this, it spouts error messages like a cybernetic June Cleaver.
Someone complained that the computer was talking. Uh... okay... I can't customize the dialogue to make it look like a computer readout....

I got dropped a star once because the player said my boss should be spelled Jingles and not Jingle's.....
I also have had a arc that stayed on 5 stars, every feedback I have gotten was good, and they said the mobs although tough, was fun.
I soloed that same arc with my 50 stalker, and I doued it with to 2 level 11 shields.
But I just got feedback that I was receiving 3 stars because one of the bosses was to hard and killed him and his friend??
So if you die in a mission now its bad?
How will they ever make it through game content lol.

I loved it. I can only imagine that the guy who made that comment knows absolutely nothing about the story, though. If he did, he would have gotten a good chuckle out of it. I loved the way you wrote it in a similar way as the original story. It was very clever.

So far the most incomprehensible complaint I've had is that my arc was "too in line with the game story/canon".

Actually, I took that as a backhanded compliment since I wanted my arc to be completely in line with the game story.
Everyone is entitled to their opinion and I am glad for feedback, I just can't understand the complaint. :/
