It could be a teleporter, a time travel device or a huge earthquake machine.

Look's more like a Reicsh-cicle to me.

Seems he wasn't so much on ice as in stasis...

ZOMG the new 5th column base is freaking sweet looking!

[/ QUOTE ]

Looks more like an abandoned hero base. Besides, why would the 5th Column keep their very own Evil Statesman in stasis?

He's cranky when he doesnt' get a nap.

Considering how long his nap has been he should be pretty chillax when he wakes up.

Okay, downloading my patch now, then I get to see if I can find teams that want to run the TF and SF with me.

Something tells me that my retirement is going to be shortlived when I see the actual TF/SF based on a few screenshots I've seen already...

Just ran the TF (not the SF). It was good. Started strong but kinda petered out. My team did it in a little over an hour. Easily doable in less than that. 20 merits.

If I were Capcom...I'd be on the phone to the lawyers with regard Reichsman.

He really is M Bison in all but name...even his powers are the same kind of flashy blue flame/lightning that M Bison uses...

All he'd need to do would be to yell "PSYCHO CRUSSSSHHHAAAA" during one of his attacks and the lawsuit would already have been filed....

Looks good. Eager to get more info/details about the overall issue's content as a whole however (in addition to the general announcement made a few weeks back).

Hopefully it'll be shared before this goes on Test.

Okay, forget I said anything. In fact, I'm kinda sorry I bought into the I15 hype... sadly, I just expected something more. I'm sure the TF farmers are overjoyed though.

For 20 merits, they'll be seeing red.

Would a Scout's Honor convince you? Would you prefer Boy Scout or Girl Scout Honor? I can cook it however you want.

Well, I did the TF one and a half times (couldn't make myself finish the first time with the team I was on, went back with a new team and actually completed it).

I saw enough in the TF to tempt me into doing a teaser for I-15... I'll have to try my hand at the SF to see if redside does the same.

I wasn't able to complete it with a PUG. Every time we got Reichman down to 10% he popped his super-unstoppable (100% resist to all damage) and healed back up to 75% or so. We'd beat him down to 10% and he'd do the same thing.

It was like fighting a LGTF with a PUG and not being able to drop Hero 1. Unfortunately, I suspect at least half of the team were powerleveled characters, because they didn't seem to really know what half of their powers did.

I'm not sure what the temp powers were supposed to do either. We used them on Reichman when we first saw him and then a few times after that. They didn't appear to have any effect except for perhaps that first time.

The AVs that surround him are buggy too. They just sit there while you pound them in the butt. They'll aggro if you beat on Reichman first and he calls out their name, but you don't have to wait for that if you don't want to.

The Arkanist is one tough cookie though. I'm guessing he has 70-80% resists to Smash/Lethal at least. It took the team forever to drop him.

Also, word of warning: the TF is chock full of orange conning EBs that like to hang out in the middle of groups. Many times our tanker would jump in the middle of what looked like an average spawn and get instantly pasted by the EB.

Ran my first time through the villain SF a couple hours earlier. Had a minimum size team (4 people) of a thug/dark, a fire/kin corr, and a fire/dark corr, plus my night widow. We had about six deaths, but crushed the SF utterly in about an hour and a half with everybody stopping to read the clues and the leader being awesome enough to type the "talk to X" dialog screens into team chat for us.

While the team was pretty good, the SF itself seemed very... understated, I suppose. The Reichsman was aside from his BS maneuver(s) in the very final fight when you got him to low HP a total pushover and I've had harder challenges off of custom mission AVs.

The story was pretty cool, but honestly it felt more like a story arc than a proper SF. *shrug* Not that I didn't wenjoy it, I was kind of expecting more though. As side notes, Barracuda felt really off character. Barracuda was written like a gangster's moll looking to get ahead, and based on her few previous exposures in the canon stories that was very off putting. Her prior roles seemed to classify her as more the "I don't have anything against you personally, I just want to stop being a bloody fish girl" vibe, and in the SF she seemed to have lost that, becoming more "Yeah, so I'm a fish. BFD. Let's make some money!" I thought that was a real letdown.
