Of all the shows you listed, I have only watched one of them. I can't say that a new batch of shows being canceled will matter very much to me.

Sorry

Thanks for scaring the [censored] out of me. >

Harper's Island isn't cancelled, it's just at another "less good" airing time. Next time, try to post more clearly instead for just shooting a list.

Harpers Island is only running the 13 episodes ONLY because they had them filmed already otherwise CBS did say they were cancelling it. I watch itso I know the whole story of why cancelled/not cancelled.

-Co-Leader and recruiting officer of the Virtue Honor Guard
- lvl 50 ma/sr scrapper

Definitely wanted to see Terminator continue, at least until they properly wrapped up the current storyline.

What I don't get is why they kept Dollhouse and dropped Terminator. I don't know anyone that watched Dollhouse, but knew quite a few that watched Terminator.

Dollhouse finally hit its stride late in the season. Plus, Joss Whedon rules.

i have mixed feelings for dollhouse
i like it it does lack usual funny josh puts into it
but
1 cant help wondering if dollhouse dies what will he try next?
2 kinda hoping it suceeds they give him a chance to make a second series maybe remakes firefly
3 back to 2 i really wish firefly people would have done what family guy did and taken the series to USA network or Sci Fi network keep building rep and eventually come back to fox like family guy did
maybe terminator people will take show to sci fi? i doubt it but i think it would make sense

Dead Like Me did have a fun little straight to DVD movie that will hopefully do well enough to get one another one made.

SciFi has become "the channel where good shows go to die painful deaths".

... but I'm glad the old KR episodes are being shown on Sleuth.

... anyone want to do a remake/reimagining of Greatest American Hero? Pretty please? I know we probably can't get Robert Culp in it, which is a shame, but...

The only one I shall miss. S02 already pre-ordered though.

This next year doesn't look good for Chuck or Heroes though. Sharing a timeslot and season at 13 eps each? We'll not see another season of either I think. *cheers!*

If they do good on the DVD and make a new season, I hope they don't use the same Daisy Adair in the movie... she sucked and not in a good way. I loved the original one a whole lot better.

At the risk of killing my rep...

I really liked Cupid and am sorry to see it go.

It always seems like in the U.S they are very quick to cancel a show if it starts underperforming. I suppose its more competitive over there and there is more of a focus on the money and profits. Over here in the U.K shows can go on for ages, especially if they fill a niche market. Although that is the benefit of the BBC I guess? ;-)

Isn't it true, that if it was not for the U.K audience, '24' would never have been even given a chance. I can't even imagine how they even considered axing a show as amazing as 24. These producers should do more to help shows succeed. Having one hand hovering over the plug, anxiously waiting for a show to fail is not helpful.

This.

...

Have heart. Somtimes competing networks will pick up a cancelled show.

I liked Knight Rider (2008)
I liked Terminator: Sarah Connor Chronicles

Unfortunately networks have a habit of killing entertaining shows way too fast, Dark Angel ring any bells?
