No that's not really true. They were given a higher amount of XP when portal XP was removed, ironically because portals were farmed by players. A compromise for taking away portal XP was additional XP for the npc's that create the portals.

i'm shocked that everyone missed the bolded part. where has the op been that he doesn't know that there already is an AE building in the RWZ? and /100% completely unsigned to this idea. for variously stated obvious reasons.
