But I play the game b/c it's fun. I just want the ablity to grow my Main is all. she completed IO'd out with Oranges ( I don't like pruples b/c they are woirth the influ). and have done eveything i can with her. I spend 1000's of hours and Millions of influ on her. I don't want retire her but with nothing to do what am i suppose to do with her.

We don't know how far in advance this hint came, or for which issue they are planning to introduce this new form of advancement. With competition on the horizon, with a probable release of Issue 15 at around the same time Champions Online goes Live, the Devs have to play things closer to the chest in order to make sure that they don't get scooped by the competition.
But, I will say one thing that you are dead wrong about. Even with 1000s of hours and millions of influence spent, Issue 14 has just made your claim of having "done everything (you) can with her," patently false. While creating stories isn't really something to do with her, she can certainly take part in the stories written by other players. With the introduction of custom enemies, there are a lot of new challenges out there waiting for you to take them on, and more being added to the system every day.
New story arcs coming soon (ARC IDs will be aded when I finish the arc):
So, you want to join the Hellions? (level 1-14 Villainous arc)
Sparks & Steel (level 5-20 Heroic arc)
and
So you want to join the Skulls? (level 1-14 Villainous arc)
there is plenty to do with your io'd out toon. you can run tf/sf's on invincible, or go PvP'ing. just because you hit 50 and completely io'd out your toon doesn't mean you have to shelf her. of course you could always make a new toon and go back to her when you need a break from the new toon. also, have you done everything possible with that toon like all of the story arcs by going through ouroboros. many many things can still be done with her.
you can also use her to finance your lower lv toons and build up io sets for when the new toon hits 50. plenty, plenty, plenty of stuff to do.

This. I also have to wonder if you've really done every TF, done every story arc and earned every badge in the game - my suspicion is that you haven't. There's plenty to do.

Positron's i13 letter: We are trying to make PvP more accessible to new players, while giving experienced PvP'ers the advantage that comes with formulating tactics around the new systems we're putting in place. PvP from now on will be on our priority list. If something isn't working out, we'll be in there tweaking it and making it work, for the entire future of the product, not just Issue 13.

There are several ways to do A-C, I won't list them all. If you didn't like or thought the game wasn't "cool" to some degree, I doubt you'd still play.

IOed with oranages, well time to get better as those purples, sure
there expencive, but with a few hundred hours work you can afford
a bunch. There is something for you to do for a while with your main.
Or you could go for the new pvp IOs there almost more expencive
then the purples right now (mostly because there so new).
Side note if you though those Oranges have improved what your toon
does just wait till you see what purples can do. I have my main villain
and my mian hero each with atleast 3 sets of those purples and WOW
they can realy be a major help, especaly If you exempt to lower lvs
and still have those nice large puprle bonuses still with you.

Nothing to do??? My main hero is at 650 something badges
I still have over 50 more badges to go, do you have a cap'ed
badge toon already? If not there is something to do. And yes
I do understand the thousands of hours as my signature says
I have over 2600 hours on my main alone (and my villain
main is getting up there too, but as a Forutnata its much
newer them my main made in May 2004.
I also have over 100 mill influence on my main right now
and its not enought money to make my second build, as
my first build is purpled out, what I want so I'm working at
making more.
Have you made a IO build on both builds of your mian?
if not there is a another thing to work on.
Have you played though lots of MA arcs? Its the new you
can't have done everything because quite frankely over
100k stories and missions all added in the last 2 weeks,
yaa I'm sorry to say I VERY much thing you have LOTS

Electora pretty much covered it, but since this was a reply to me I suppose I'll give my two cents. I didn't ask you to prove anything, all I did was call into question your statement that you didn't have anything to do on your 50.
Since there are quite a few things you could do and you hadn't mentioned them, and since many players are still playing their 50s and having a great time doing it (myself included), I found your statement questionable. This is not the same as calling you a liar, though the difference seems to have escaped you.
If your response to any form of criticism is to throw a fit and go home, then I hope this really was your last post ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and good riddance. We didn't ruin the experience, you ruined it for yourself. Come back when you understand that "discussion" doesn't mean "everyone mindlessly agrees with me".
