"Dragon Slayer" Accolade
I like it. The bonuses aren't unbalanced and it's got a good theme to it. That KB protection is especially nice, as it offers an option for players who just want to avoid being knocked down frequently without investing in Acrobatics or IOs.
I would change Heart of the Hydra to Charmer, though. Heart of the Hydra can be obtained simply by falling down the pit while Phase Shifted, and anyone can get a Phase Shift power with a quick patrol in Warburg or trip to the market. It's just too easy to get Head of the Hydra and doesn't really reflect the concept of the accolade. Using Charmer would fit better, and it would generate more interest in running and completing the Sewer Trial.
Heck, with new Hami, do you even really need Phase shift? I haven't ventured into the Hive for a while, but I thought the Hamidon didn't spawn until it was prompted to?

Q: How do you wreck an Abrams?
A: You crash into another one.

Same argument, though. You don't need to ever even see Hamidon in order to get Heart of the Hamidon now.

Phase Shift was never required to get Heart of the Hamidon because Hami didn't respawn immediately after being defeated. 12 or more hours (sometimes several days, until the next server maintenance) could lapse between Hami spawns. Anyone could waltz into the Hive and pick up the badge with zero risk of encountering Hami.
No to rocketman for villains.
It is bad enough that there are time spent and explore badges in the PvP zones used for accolades. I can only imagine the outcry if rocketmand was included.

I like it. Especially if it will encourage running different TFs/SFs.

Ever tried to get Fire Chief (without a natural way of dealing Ice damage)?
Can you think of anything equally difficult/time-consuming for Villains?

It's there as an exploration badge, as is Heart of the Hamidon (and Reborn). It signifies that at least you were there; sometimes just showing up to fight the dragon is enough.
I'd say that the net difficulty, and the cooperation requirements the accolade (essentially) forces, put it on par with other accolades already. Besides, this way it doesn't have any TF/Trial completion badges, leaving them available for other Accolades in the future.

Hell, the first time I got that badge I flew (very high) over the approximate spot (as far as I could discern from the Vidiotmaps plugin) and just dropped into Hami. Died, of course, but got the badge without fighting the Hamidon

Yeah I have it on Cat and at least one other. Neither dealing ice damage.
Its not a question of 'difficulty' but that people do not like accolades tied to PvP badges. The complaints are bad enough when it is a simple explore or time in zone. 10 Warburg rocket launches is just not reasonable in a PvP optional game.
As for an alternative - Illusionist would be right up there.

I dunno, I've pretty much never PvP'd while doing the Rocket. Maybe it's different on very large servers, or for people who mostly play during peak hours.

Maybe. It doesn't really seem to fit the theme, though -- beating up Arachnos as a Villain shows a certain amount of viciousness (as does having/using ten nukes). Beating up Carnies is just, you know, like beating up every other gang out there... even if their particular badge is obnoxiously hard to get.
I actually think Binder of the Beast would fit nicely here, or maybe the badge for the Leviathan SF. After all what's more ballsy then taking a creature so big an entire city is built upon it and poking it in the eye?

I tried to leave SF/TF/trial badges out've it, because those are so ripe for other accolades.
Alright, with Rocketman unpopular, there's two replacements I can think of. One is to throw in several Defeat badges for various gangs, which stays in theme (you beat *everbody* down). Skulls, Hellions... Marcone are already used for an Accolade, so they're out, but maybe one more between Brickers, Trolls, Lost, etc. I feel like that kind of weakens the "dragonish" feel, but whatever, have to work with what's there.
The other is to go full-dragon, so to speak, and use Trillionaire... or, well, at least Trendsetter. (The loot! The loot! The loot is on fire!)
Yeah, I gotta disagree with yet another accolade that requires PvP, but if you can make it less painful, Dragon Slayer/Draconic would be the best badge ever..at least until they make a Destroyer of Worlds accolade for villains.

I don't mind it at all, personally, and the only thing I can think of that seems out of place is the 3% Fire resist....
But that's more questioning the utility of it, considering I don't see that much fire damage (or enough to notice it). And that's more in the realm of intellectual curiosity then it is an actual complaint, and thematically (given the title of the badge), it works.
True dat.

Yes. I have all three Fire badges on several of my heroes and it didn't take that long to get either. Try getting on a team and working the fires. It's not really a solo friendly event.

How about Outlaw, for defeating 1000 PPD in Mayhem missions? That takes much more time and effort than the Fire Chief badge and it fits better thematically too, IMO.
Edit: /signed, BTW
Edit2: to correct badge suggested.
You mean Villain? Unfortunately, that's already an Accolade requirement, and I don't think they do doubling up.

No, Villain is for defeating Longbow. I actually meant Outlaw (apologies), which is for defeating the PPD.
And there is no rule I know of that one badge can not be tied to more than one accolade.
