Congrats to the winners... sounds like there were some good arcs, so I don't feel too sad that I'm not among them with "Bladed Justice." 
Hopefully I merit an honorable mention, though.

Morgenstern CoH 1166 Taking Flight Another example of how an origin story can be made interesting.
frija 5213 Might Makes Right: The One With Tin Hats Fun with good storytelling and action sequences in the debriefings!
Strike Eagle 55669 One Hell of a Deal Very good lowlevel arc with the best hothead ally.
Clave Dark 5 101165 TOO MANY BUNNYGIRLS! Good writing and fast paced fun.
Lazarus 1567 MacGuffin Delivery Service Very well told...what's this in my pocket?
Mekkanos 4431 Soldiers of Fortune Fun plot with exciting battles.
GadgetDon 159107 Who is Leonard Grubbenberry? I'm so glad I found out!
ARH 98943 Invasion on Earth BX1132! Zany arc with the best alien group.
ObsidianDevil 120462 Entrusted with the Other Secret Really terrific time travel arc.
atiaxi 1140 Catastrophic Betrayal Very well told villainous story with a good hook.
GrinningSpade 1934 Love Spurned Excellent funny clues and gag texts and hilarious villains.
Slickriptide 132673 The Galaxy Girl Maneuver Great timetravel story, fit well into the Ourboros setting.
Bella Blizzard 84483 Death and Taxes Good mix of humour and drama.
Scuzzbopper 111022 Doctor Geist and the Scientific Method Great arc, I can't but approve of Dr Geist's methods.
Ridiculous Girl 119228 HERO Therapy Well written with a great premise.
whatroughbeast 1173 Pro Patria Mori Terrific dark arc with optional endings.
dugfromthearth 92630 I Will Dance on Your Grave Good solid arc, terrific flavored dialogue.
SkitchNM 171570 The Magic of Longbow Great hook and nice custom enemies.

There are a ton of other arcs that had memorable and well designed custom enemies and allies, like the Green Army Men in The Toy Box, the Matchstick Women in the arc with the same name, the SCUBA minions of Operation Undertow and the robot army in A Madman's Vengeance.
Again, thanks everyone for participating and remember: even though I didn't rate an arc 5 stars I stilled enjoyed playing each and every one. As I said I will be PMing feedback during the coming week.

Thanks for the kind words and high praise! I agree with most of your winners, especially the ones at the top. Great arcs indeed.
While I do regret not having made it into the winners' circle, the mention above makes me feel not so bad. 
And yeah, there's some great stuff around here, so I can honestly say I don't diagree with the final verdicts.

I hope my arc was playable (even though I wasn't told otherwise). It was broken for a little bit because the devs pulled a map that was important to the story.
Best part about all this - we all have 30 top notch missions to play without wading through thousands of poor quality missions first.
GRatz Winners, I have to concur that the quality of the winners & honorable mentions is definately up there. So I'm happy, even if mine wasn't quite up there.
