Tactics Against Masterminds

Isn't there a moment of Intangibility after TP Foe'd? I haven't been TP Foe'd forever and a day ago so I don't know.

0.75 second "phase" period, yeah. Enough for a competent player to get out of whatever you're trying to TP them into (or phase).
"One day we all may see each other elsewhere. In Tyria, in Azeroth. We may pass each other and never know it. And that's sad. But if nothing else, we'll still have Rhode Island."
TP Foe only seems to work with drones. Usually, I just keep jumping otherwise.
Infinity and Victory mostly
dUmb, etc.
lolz PvP anymore, Market PvP for fun and profit
Drones can hit you through phase. Me? Yeah. I just keep running and by the time that 0.75 seconds is up I'm usually well away from whatever it is they were trying to get me with.
"One day we all may see each other elsewhere. In Tyria, in Azeroth. We may pass each other and never know it. And that's sad. But if nothing else, we'll still have Rhode Island."
I had to read your first sentence 3 times to realize that it agrees with my first sentence.

Step 1 - Find MM close to building
Step 2- Attack him with your PB from range (approx. 150 ft.)
Step 3- Watch MM's pets jump out of his BG range trying to attack you
Step 4- Finish him off with final shot
Alternatively, spam your single target Nova form attacks from max range - the MM will either try to 'tough it out' or will take some risks to get in range that will give you an advantage.
I find that hover blasting MM's puts them on the defensive quicker than just about anything.
step 1: cast power boost
step 2: cast Mass Confusion, or Seeds of Confusion
then spam the MM with damaging holds or KB attacks.
it doesn't really seem fair does it?
Virtue Heroes of note:

You play a MM. OK I'll look for ya
Oh, you can slow an MM's pets recharge and gain some measure of survivability against them. Err, wait, you won't be able to once I14 goes live. Oops.

Ya but they wont be able to speed them up either, cup half full.
This is true, but how many MM secondaries give their pets +rech? Answer? One (Enforced Morale has a very small +rech buff). How many sets for other ATs have recharge slows? A lot more than one. Plus, Zombies have inherent slow resistance, now they lose this unique aspect.

Why? (Did zombies lose slow resistance)
Well, Zombies have a resistance to all slows (recharge and movement), which is currently unique among pets. With the pet change currently on test, pets aren't affected by recharge buffs, which means they can't be affected by recharge debuffs either. Zombies will still have the advantage of movement slow resistance, but the recharge slow resistance aspect is now redundant.

I don't think you defeat good MMs, you just avoid them...
I am PL in RL.
Freedom- Magnet Man, Hott Sauce, Stand-Up Comic
you keep them running from their pets or get the pets running from the MM. best way to do it if you can. kb is prob the best for keeping thew mm away from his pets.
Tp foe into a tower on mines OWNAGE

1. (the oldest) TP foe
2. AoEs
3. Red Rushes
4. Force Bubble (this is the tactic i usually use to push them out of BG range)
5. (step 1) Kill the top tier minions, (step 2) step away and heal up from a safe distance, (step 3) Kill top tier minions right after he summons them again, (step 4) Step away and heal up again fast, (step 5) go back in a DPS the MM till dead.
dont solo them or
Tp foe to drone or hotspot mob
After further examination, I've discovered this strategy.
Ignore them while completing your own objectives. It will infuriate them and they will expend extra endurance to grab your attention. Use torrent to knock back their minions occasionally.
What's pretty effective for me is jumping in the middle of their group and hitting Short Circuit and Power Sink, since they are not resistant to end drain like other players are. Now the MM is the only one attacking... I lol while I kill him.
Drone 'em
"the reason there are so many sarcastic pvpers is we already had a better version of pvp taken away from us to appease bad players. Back then we chuckled at how bad players came here and whined. If we knew that was the actual voice devs would listen to instead of informed, educated players we probably would have been bigger dicks back then." -ConFlict
