Character Crashing??? Need More Information!

Server: Virtue
Character Name: Malavus
SG/VG Name: The Nest
When do you crash: Upon zoning into the Pocket D tiki room, and every time I try to log back into the character.
Does it affect all characters: So far only Malavus.
Does it affect only characters in one or more SG's or VG's: This is the first crash of this nature I've encountered, so for now that's a no. I kind of don't want to potentially throw more alts into the void today. ;_;

When do you crash: Originally crashed inside an MA arc mission, now crashing everytime I try to log in. (Boots to log in screen with "No connectron to mapserver" message.)

I seem to crash at random. I could crash at a loading screen or I could crash when I am just standing in atlas park. I defragemented my computer files to try and fix it. Though it seems all in vain as I continually crashed again late last night. At least I got to see the back alley brawler before I crashed.

Ok, existing characters now working fine, but now my two characters in the Legendaries on Champion are doing it. Lord Apollon and Amerigo Expatriot.

Situation: Travelling through the tunnel from Steel to Atlas, the screen never loaded. As I log back in it crashes and tells me the toon is still logging out. I reloged with another toon no problem, but get the same msg when I try and relog with Peace Cleaver.

Time: About 10:30pm EST when it occured.

Additional: Doesn't seem to effect other toons. Had 3 toggles running: super jump, integration, and sprint if that helps.

I'm a new player and the amount of time I spend logging in because of the crash is more than the time I spend in game. This game runs flawless until I load a mission.

I have had crashes the last few days, with loading of MA missions taking forever, i.e. I never get into the mish at all. This might have occured with more toons than this, all on Virtue, all members of the same SG ... BUT on different accounts

my character has some [censored] bug whenever i try to create 1 i cant see there boots in the costume selection and when i try to log in i cant see the whole bottom of the screen beacuse the bottom half of the costume selection screen is blocking it wtf?? some 1 help plz

When do you crash: anytime there is some kind of fighting/action going on, netgraph starts filling up with red spikes then eventually the game crashes. during this time everything on the map begins to rubberband (my character doesn't, but any teammates/baddies do). this began during the 5th anniversary event after i14 launched, prior to that i had next to no connection issues. i have persued this with support and they blame it on my wireless, except as i've said, it worked fine before these updates and i made no changes to the system.

Does it affect only characters in one or more SG's or VG's: don't believe so, seems like other people also complain of lag and crashes

Addendum: as this has already been going on for several weeks and still hasn't been resolved to my satisfaction, I am cancelling my main acct and will not be renewing it or my second account or reactivating my third or fourth accounts until I get word that these crashing issues have been completely resolved. the game is no longer playable for me AT ALL and I refuse to pay for something I cannot use. happy gaming to those of you that can still make use of this crap.
