Soon Tankers and Brutes will be able to team with one another from 1-50. My concern is that Tankers will start to over shadow brutes as they have superior survivability and provocation. With Tanks around who will need brutes? Or will the opposite happen? Will Brutes with their superior damage output, push tanks off to the side? What's going to happen!?

I seem to crash at random. I could crash at a loading screen or I could crash when I am just standing in atlas park. I defragemented my computer files to try and fix it. Though it seems all in vain as I continually crashed again late last night. At least I got to see the back alley brawler before I crashed. -
Well I did think about the forum I should post it in. I had concluded that the rp community would benefit from it the most, since well, they use emotes about 100% of the time more than the none roleplaying community. Thats all.

Everytime I see NPC's walking around it rips me. When is walking going to be available for Player Characters!? Do they realize how much this could help the roleplaying community?
I need a Yes or No answer! Will walking be available to Player Characters within the next 3 months? (oh yeah a CM answering this message would be for the best) -
Double checking if it works or not does not improve its usefulness. Defiance is broken and not helping anyone.

I've spent the last few hours playing my blaster on virtue. I was fighting +2 and 3 mobs the whole time on an 8 hero team on invincible missions.
Within those hours of play defiance played no part in helping me or my team. When I would get some defiance, the accuracy bonus seemed non existant. and the little time I had left to live did not allow me to make good use out of high level defiance I'm usually the first to face plant.
It didn't help when I tried to solo a heroic mission with even con and -1 mob. I died and had to restock on insps to make it through.
Defiance hasn't helped me in casual solo or large scale team situations. So why do we even have it? So we dont feel left out? Shed some light on this. -

This just goes to show you, its not about you or me, it's about HIM. -
The truth is Defiance was an inheret given no real thought.
Lets compare shall we.
Scourge - When your enemies health is low, you critical automatically which will usually put down any enemy swiftly.
Defiance - The lower your health more damage and accuracy you have. And it will only kick in while your health is low enought for a Corruptor to scourge your [censored] off in pvp.
And in PvE there are most likely powerful enemies around you and even hovering will not keep you alive long enough to get anything out of defiance.
The only way I see defiance being useful is against melee oriented enemies, however I dont not beleive there is any enemy uncapable of doing some sort of ranged damage.
Defiance is broken. -

This is a story I made up for the new coh Pen and Paper rpg coming out. I came up with missions and everything. I made so I could allow players to get enough story content and action so they want to keep playing. I have lots of build up to a satisfying climax with AV's and everything
THE COUNCILS MOVE
Plot Synopsis: The Council has successfully eliminated the 5th column from the face of Paragon City as of yesterday. This however is no good news. The Council is more powerful, cunning, and deceptive then the 5th column was. The Council is high on its self and they are bustling with activity. Their base has been discovered by spy planes on an Island in the Atlantic called Striga Isle. This is the Strong hold of the Council and is a huge threat to the security of the United States.
Recently the Council has been responsible for the kidnapping of scientists. These scientists combined could create a powerful quantum thunder generator. This generator is capable of creating devastating damage through the storm system. Thankfully one of these things takes very long to build. The Council does not know it is not a secret right now, but they will find out eventually and then they will find someone to place their resolve on.
This is when the Heroes come in. The Heroes will have a long journey and not just the Council will get in their way.

The Warriors: The warriors are second level villain group that believes in fighting like the old romans and only using old weapons of war and doing hard physical training. The Warriors do dirty work and hard labor for the Council on Striga and Talos island. They arent given any information other then how heavy the boxes the Council order are.
The Family: The dealers and the businessmen for the Council. The Council pays, and the Family makes sure the Council get what they want, when they want. Whether its through Extortion, black mail or pay offs. They Family with its more important ties are bound to get some secret info on the Council.
The Council: The Council are the Master Minds behind the Warriors and the Families work. They have bigger plans for the world then just working or making deals. They are choosing to take the path of total world domination. They will stop at nothing to full fill their plans and only heroes have the might to stand up to their impressive army. Versatile and deadly the Council are not to be underestimated.
