Meh, as with most offers you can take it or leave it, but it's still available (i.e. offered). I'm a base builder myself, and disappointed that we didn't get a new editor or even a z-axis tool. That said, I look forward to the Day Job system and shield powerset among other things . I'll even be giving PvP another try.

Have you turned on your Events in your chat/global tabs so you can see notifications?

They happen every 30min or so in at least one zone every day for the last week+. Heck... every now and then they happen in every zone on the server.

I'm just irritated that they keep calling Pain Dom villain Empathy. Though I suppose it's on their head when they release it and get an outcry from the Empaths that were expecting an awesome villain buffer.

Really. Empath players that have seen the power list say "Hey, it's missing three of the most important Empath buffs, this isn't Empathy, I'm not going to play it." Non-Empath players say "Hey, this set looks pretty cool. I always hated Empathy, but I'll try this out!"

Villains are *still* missing 3 buffs that heroes have. Those buffs may be overpowered, sure, but it's still not even.

Pain Dom is a fine set. Just stop calling it Villain Empathy, or the solution to Empath problems on villainside, or whatever. It's not.

Just come out and say "Villains will never receive Regen Aura because it is too overpowered, and we're eventually going to nerf it heroside, but until then, villains will get the short end of the stick."

How many times do we have to tell you that we don't want the heals in Empathy, we want the buffs. Empathy != healer

I really think Vills and Heroes getting almost the same powers/power sets/looks to powers is LAME. Make them unique so it compels us to try both.

What's worse is that they have divided Vills and Heroes. Ugh

Cleaning up the badge UI is nice to hear. For me, the Day Jobs peice is a lot for me, so I can never consider Issue 13 a bust. little things add up. QoL is exactly that Quality. Badge UI clean, TF merits, Day Jobs, the additional bit of content mentioned in the TenTon hammer article, SHIELDS. they add up. I cannot complain, and I havent even seen what is there in Beta. I say to thee Doomsayers, Nay!

He never states that it is for everyone. Furthermore, unless they are implementing some kind of restrictions that everyone is unaware of, like you have to have a lvl 50 corr to play pain dom (which I seriously doubt would ever happen, lol), then yes, those power sets are indeed for everyone, as are all of the others, minus the epics. Whether you choose to play them is entirely up to you, but they are there for your use.

Yes, but while the old runs are still there, there's a new run added. (It was on test briefly.)
