Comrade Hero, a damsel in distress, and those dastardly Rikti! What more could you ask for?

A commission by local New Zealand Artist Tsai Lim. Prompting another local talent from my part of the world.

that's pretty cool style, looks very cel shaded like. kudos man.

noticed a few things.

1. the beautiful Nobel Prize Scientist - her look screams Honey Bare or Christmas Jones.

2. Her hand position, just sayin... lol

Very cool piece, it does indeed look like a still from a Comrade Hero cartoon.

I remember Denise Richards as Christmas Jones, but I had to look up Honey Bare. Well hey, scientists can be beautiful and brainy... I have yet to find one yet.

And yes, maybe our distressed Scientist is reaching for Comrade Hero's Utility Belt... what else can be possibly infer?

heh, yeah sorry for the vague reference, mostly Deep Space Nine fans would get the Honey Bare reference, and even then ones that watched the whole series, or really followed Julian Bashir's character.

What can it infer indeed. Like Electronite suggested, I think the Rikti interrupted something, and CH is none too pleased 'bout it. lol

For some reason, the first thing that came to mind was an segment of Heavy Metal.....

The nice thing about his situation is poor Comrade Hero won't be able to yank anything off the Rikti for her to wear. Will he be a gentlemen an remove his clothing for her modesty?

Considering Comrade Hero's costume is composed of unstable molecules and is "projected" as a side effect of the cosmic energies running through his mutant bodies, I don't think he could pull any clothing off

Okay, Comrade Hero does not hang "tackle out" for lack of a better term.

He wears a sheath... err a body conforming tactical suit of unstable molecules. So unlike Invincibelle he never needs to worry about exposure. Of course if his concentration slips, he might find himself in a bit of a pickle...
