Well the merit system is designed to how fast it can be done not how fast it will be done. But the Eden trail, when done appropriately, will take about two hours.

I was thinking not everyone may have gotten the new Lord/Lady of winter badge from the new event. I kinda came to this year's winter event late and getting enough heroes to complete this task has become increasingly difficult.

To try and get this badge for one of my favorite characters, I'm organizing a last chance gathering for heroes and villains to come together and help fight back this menace. So I'd like to gather as many Heroes and Villains that are interested in spawning the Winter Lord in Bloody Bay, this way even the villains who may not have the ability to gather as many can get this badge before they have to wait for another year.

I plan to hold the event starting at 8pm EST and will begin recruiting till no later than 8:30. I would like two full teams at least for a good chance at being successful. If you're interested send a tell to @Maestra Gata in game and/or you can sign up here to let me know you would like to help.

The Sewer Trial won't take more than two hours if we get it right on the first try, you should be clear to go by 4pm if you need to.

Okay I was reading this thread I got to the end of it and thought I was in a thread discussing the differences in gameplay styles of Pled toons versus natural leveling and I had wondered how did I wander into this thread?

Then I realized the thread was originally a "hi I'm back, would you like to play with me" thread. And yes, I just got back from my extended departure, and Laylia is one of my favorite friends, and I would love to do some SFs with her sometime in the near future, I mean I still have to check out I15.

As for Comicon I heard that they were sold out, but I was considering maybe for next year.

Damn it - I didn't have internet or else I would have - not only did I fly out of Manchester but I spent like a whole day in NH. I had a car and was willing to drive - I drove all the way to western Massachusetts actually - I found an old Dodge Challenger and rented it from a dude for peanuts a day - it was awesome. My gas bill - not so awesome. But I wish I would have read this and met up with you guys - grrrr - mad at myself for not going online Thursday night. Would have loved to raise a glass you.

Ifeel so awful I missed this, I had a friend invite me to play another game and with all the newness I've been totally forgot about all my CoH responsiblities.

the un reserving of names is now restriced to characters taht are under lvl 3 so most likely if the person is not still playing then they are likely not to lose the name.

If you can send a global tell to the person with that character name then you might get lucky, not sure, but good luck.
