If I had to speculate, it would be the announcement of "City of Heroes: The TV series" , coming this fall to (insert network here). Either a live-action or (more likely) CGI series featuring the Freedom Phalanx and a host of other characters, with guest appearances from actual game characters.

But that would just be my speculation... not to mention remembering a certain article over at the SciFi Channel's website.
