a consideration that influences many of my ninja themed toons (yes i only do ninja/samurai toons except for an occasionaly dif themed toon....) is this...
WATCH MORE ANIME!!!! if you will notice 70% of anime has atleast one ninja character... but if you notice they rarely wear a traditional ninja outfit... outlaw star is a great example where those bad guys are ninja yet none of them look like traditional ninja... so consider this when making your ninja.... you can make one who has ninja abilities asian themed name and yet be a huge hulking slap of muscle or a skinny old man who can blast you away with a glance... and especialy use the discription for your toon i swear sometimes i feal like i'm the only one who uses it... and if you party with me i will look at it so you better be embaressed if you dont have one lol
oh another great example is hunter x hunter... it feals very ninja martial arts theme based yet none of them even look like a bloody ninja the main character especialy...
