I must admit that I would love ot have access to any new costume piece JLove adds to the game, but paying ten bucks for just a few costumes? I don't know about that.
I hope this isn't going to be NCSoft's new plan. Instead of free content updates, slowing changing things over until each new update is pay-to-play.

Yup, I gladly paid for it. My full thoughts are on the actual discussion thread regarding it where the Devs are actually reading feedback. Sure, girls got the most and I have a lot of girl characters. The male outfits are nice too though I of course wouldn't mind more for them. I'd also love it if they had included costume tokens with this purchace - it'd have made the cost more worth it for others I'm sure.
As it is though, several of my gals are going to get a LOT of use out of most of the costume patterns. A couple of my male characters will find use of the tuxes. I can't wait to try them out.

FINALLY Top Hat and Tails for men!!! They can have class and style...now if only I can figure out how to make the shoes have spats........
I was sad though, no cumberbund for the men.

I'd say hold off before buying if you are unsure. *curses the impulse buy*
I did buy it but I am disappointed in the overall application of the pieces. For one... they are mostly just skin options, you can't overlay them like their plain counterpart patterns. Big mistake in my opinion. That takes away a lot of versatility in using these pieces for every day costumes, which would have been grand.
So I'd say if you can wait...wait and see what shows up and if things people do spark some ideas then go for it. As nice as it might be for people to run around in Fredericks of Hollywood gear....it isn't really for me.
I did make this one costume because I liked the way the tails of the coat seemed like extensions of the wings...but looking at it today I feel it is both hideous and strangely cute. I don't know if I will keep it.
Laugh if you will: Slashdancer - Magical Fairy style but then I will have to cut you up into a million tiny pieces.

Two things I was disappointed with right off:
- Bowtie was only available on jackets when people could get good use out of it in all categories
- You can change the pattern color on the bridal skirts, but you can't on the bridal tops...So I'm left with a completely blue bridal top and a blue and white skirt that doesn't match up...
Yar, the lack of color options and the difficulty of blending the new pieces in with others is making it kind of tough to work with the new costume pieces. Still, frilly romantic stuff is frilly romantic stuff, it suits a certain kind of taste I suppose >_>

Hey Rowr, I don't think you can with most pieces. With the skirts you should be ok since you can do the tiger pattern under the skirt with tights but the tops I think is where your issue is, we can't overlay these on anything. 
You can wear the tux jacket tho without a problem I believe
And there is a veil, it's not quite right but it's there. Right now it is a solid white with a black interior so it looks like a big old cape hanging off your hair. One hairstyle is attached to the veil and there is no crown portion like in the piece with Psyche.

Coloured black and white, the part of Exo-Proto boots that stick out from beneath pant legs make for decent spats .
