Transfuse (AKA CrimsonJassic ) admittedly took longer to complete the commission then he or I expected. I even contacted him about it in eager anticipation, and he graciously explained his situation, which I appreciated. In retrospect, if I had anticipated something this good, I'd have waited even longer.
SI Radio has many DJs and listeners whom hold City of Heroes close to their hearts. We will be supporting many efforts to keep CoH ALIVE!!

BTW, I immediately looked at his comission pricing - by the hour? How long did it take for him to do this, so I can get some idea of the price, if I shoujld want to pursue one?

Not quite that bad.
Based on some of his other works, I ball parked how much I was willing to spend. Basically I said "I'm willing to spend X amount, what can you do for me?"
While he took considerably more time on the piece that was originally discussed, he stuck to the agreed upon pricing.

That is the kind of piece I look at and say, "Man, I WISH I were that good!"
I can't imagine how happy you must be with that. It is definitely some incredible work.

... I rarely post anything but my own screens here and in those screens threads... but after posting a couple screenies i did my usualy scan of the first page... as one of the other people said... thought sarcastically "Yeah, im sure it is *amazing""
This is one of the most beautiful pieces of art I have seen on these forums and hell, overall. It is obvious they put their heart behind it to try to show the character in their best light... and dark...
If i had the money i would comission them right now...
