Several group screenies from several servers.
Thanks to MMOart for staging such a cool event. I had a blast seeing al the cool costumes people created. I even visited Victory, and Virtue servers' contests as my toons Fenris Harlock, and a copy of Pep Rally, respectively.
And although Irish Lass only made it to the semi-finals 
, Showe is a great gal to represent Champion 
.
When it comes to online art, MMOart is #1, all others are #2 or lower! Huzzah!

So I....ummm... figured why not go ahead and do the costume contest anyway. And then when I was leaving Pocket D, it all happened again and I was on another server......yeah, thats how it happened.

Actually the only reason I made it to the finals was Pep magicly appeared on our server and cheered me on

Yawn...Stretch...Creeeak... Good Morning everyone! Man we had such a great time yesterday. I want to thank you all for making our First Annual MMOART.com Costume Contest a HUGE success. A big THANKS & HUGS to our teammate Evelyn Spider who helped us orginize and host this event. I would also like to thank our guest judges Missy K, Black Mute, and Feral Kat for making some of those extremely hard decisions a bit easier for us. We got a chance to meet so many boardies and clients in game, and thatÂ’s always really cool! 
In fact the Anniversary Celebration Events were such a huge success that we have decided to have a different contest every month until our Second Annual Celebration. The first monthly event will be posted Monday August 28th, right after we post the winners of the Costume Contest.
For the people that forgot, we tried to post reminder threads but they all got mod slapped. However we did send reminder e-mails to the people on our mailing list. So if you want to keep up to date with all things MMOART.com related and get reminders on upcoming events then please join our Mailing List located in the green bar on the left side of our site.
Thanks to MarDun and everyone else for posting screenshots from the contest. Lush is adding a few to our site and will post the links here also.

I don't see why it would be a problem entering a character on one server that "lived" on another, as long as you weren't doing the same character over and over and over again. For instance, what happened if you missed the time for your server (for whatever reason), so you went and made your char on a server later in the contest. The original contest was going to be on the test server anyway, so servers weren't even going to be part of the original plan.
And BTW, I'd like to thank the Dev's for breaking the Character Copy Tool last week . NO WAY That many people woulda fit into Pocket D at one time. There woulda been like 12 instances of it on test, hehe.

I do believe that is what was going on, though. It was a cute toon, but if you didn't win on one...? I saw the thought balloon several times about not getting on in time for one, but? wouldn't you have spent more time making the 1st level toon and getting them into Pocket D than was worth it?

Awsome contest. It was great to see lots of people I've seen art of or read posts from. I was on Victory (yea for Ms Japan that I saw at the contest) I don't envy the judges having to decide the winners there must have been so many good costumes. Good job all.
